Monthly Rentals in Gila River

The images on the site aided us in locating the house. We arrived early and after inquiring, was able to check in early. It is a quaint and small home. Despite it's size, it had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was so comfortable. I had my reservations about sleeping on a sofa bed but the memory foam mattress was so comfortable. There were many bed pillows and they were perfect thickness. She recommended some restaurants and we enjoyed the food. This is in a small town so there is no fast food restaurants. Just some good down home cooking food. There was plenty of choices for the shower soaps and shampoo in the large shower, could've left mine at home! The fire pit is inviting with four comfy chairs around it. She had a couple different types of ground coffee (sorry no pods, thank goodness). The covered parking was such a bonus, nice to have the car out of the sunlight. This will be our go to for the next event we attend at the Boyce Thompson Arboretum.

We enjoyed staying in your home very much! There was more than enough space for 5 of us! We hope to return again! During our stay we visited the pool, Rosati’s, Fat Cats, and various of recommendations you gave us. We didn’t make it to Pecan Lake Entertainment but that is first on the list once we return! The Host was extremely helpful with information right from the start. She was there when we arrived and familiarized us with the property, even though it was later in the evening. The next morning she drove us around to see all of the amenities and made sure we were comfortable with everything. She was also very responsive throughout our stay. The house itself is very comfortable with nice kitchen appliances and most everything you could need. The patio out back was very nice, especially in the evening, with the gas firepit. The washer and dryer were invaluable since we were there for an extended stay. The Encanterra property is beautiful and offers many wonderful things to do. The house location is easy to get to the grocery and many food and shopping venues. We would definitely recommend renting from Dawn! Thank you!
