Villa vacation rentals in Giglio Castello

Mauro was very responsive. Check in instructions were good, the apartment was easy to find and it was great to have a big drive to park in. The apartment is spacious, clean and looks newly decorated and the view is lovely - we loved the early mornings out on the terrace. The apartment is well-equipped and the kitchen is very well stocked. With just a couple of small improvements, it could be 5 star - more than one pillow per head, sun loungers or a sofa on the terrace, a working parasol and a tidier garden. But overall we had a good stay. It should be noted that the apartment isn’t in Porto San Stefano but a short drive outside it and access to the beach (pictured) is not for the faint hearted - there’s no pavement and the road’s quite busy. Our dog wouldn’t have been able to manage the steps down to the underpass, nor would anyone with mobility issues or push chairs.

Il soggiorno da Claudia è stato fantastico, l'appartamento internamente è molto spazioso ed arredato con stile, pulitissimo, dal vivo è ancora meglio delle foto, davanti ha un bel giardino per mangiare e un parco adiacente con tavolo da ping-pong e biliardino, possibilità di accedere alla piscina. I dintorni sono meravigliosi e di una natura incontaminata, le attrazioni principali della Maremma sono a portata di macchina. La host è stata molto presente, amichevole e ci ha reso il soggiorno molto piacevole. Insomma se cercate relax, natura e un buon punto di partenza per conoscere la Maremma è il posto giusto. Noi torneremo sicuramente !

Zu fünft reicht das Haus längstens. Es ist zweckmässig bis schön eingerichtet. Manche Dinge sind in die Jahre gekommen, stört aber nicht wirklich. Es ist eher kühl im Haus (Mitte bis Ende April), aber es gibt einen Ofen mit Pellets, den man jederzeit anmachen kann. Ist urgemütlich :-) Auch den Garten haben wir genossen und manchmal draussen gegessen oder die Liegestühle belegt. Was super war: Lucia hat immer sofort geantwortet, wenn Fragen da waren, schon vor Antritt der Reise. Sie war dann auch vor Ort als wir kamen und hat uns alles gezeigt... sehr freundlich! Wir verbrachten schöne Ferien - vielen Dank!

Il nostro aggiorno è stato perfetto!! Francesco è gentilissimo, super disponibile, ci ha dato un sacco di consigli! Una delle prime sere si è rotta una sedia da giardino e il giorno dopo ne ha portata una nuova! Niente da dire, tutto perfetto, casa bellissima con tutto il necessario. Consiglio vivamente!

La casa è molto bella e immersa nel verde dello splendido giardino della proprietà che, oltre a garantire zone d’ombra per tutto l’arco della giornata, offre la giusta privacy dalle abitazioni vicine. Il mare è raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti circa. Laura si è rivelata una padrona di casa gentile e disponibile.

L’alloggio é in una zona impagabile per bellezza, natura, mare. La villa é accessibile agevolmente, ben recintata (ad eccezione del terrazzino della camera matrimoniale, lo dico per chi, come me, ha cani) e con una vista stupenda. Unica piccola pecca, nei giorni più caldi si é sentita la mancanza del condizionatore nelle camere (basterebbe un pinguino) questo però non ha inficiato il nostro giudizio che resta più che positivo. Federico é stato molto gentile e disponibile, non ci siamo incontrati di persona ma ha sempre risposto rapidamente alle mie domande. Magari ci incontriamo di persona il prossimo anno!

Personale molto gentile e disponibile, addirittura ci hanno contattato il giorno prima perché c'era la possibilità di accedere alla casa prima del previsto, siamo stati accompagnati all'alloggio e ci hanno spiegato tutto quello che c'era da sapere. Gentilezza e disponibilità top.

Casa stupenda, circondata da verde privato che offre tutta la privacy necessaria. Disposta su piu livelli con 3 camere matrimoniali e 2 bagni che contornano l'indipendenza di tutti gli ospiti. La terrazza del soggiorno dove pranzavamo o cenavamo, offre una vista mozzafiato che raccoglie la bellezza del porto con tutti i colori dell'isola. La mattina facevamo colazione nel patio della cucina immersi nel giardino della villa. Un inizio di giornata da provare assolutamente. Le prime spiaggia si raggiungono in 5 minuti a piedi da una strada praticamente privata che arriva direttamente al porto. Un modo utilissimo per dimenticarsi della macchina. Nel pomeriggio tornati dal mare o dalla barca, ci rilassiamo giocando in piscina guardando il mare. Wow! I bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo! Ottimi proprietari di casa che sono sempre stati disponibili e super reattivi. Se tornassimo sull'isola, torneremo sicuramente qui. CONSIGLIATISSIMA!

Soggiorno super. La villa è molto bella, accogliente, immersa nel verde e con un bellissimo panorama circostante. Silenziosa, dotata di tutti i confort necessari. I proprietari sono persone squisite, cordiali e disponibili. Consigliamo vivamente questa location per chi ha voglia di rilassarsi e trascorrere momenti in compagnia di amici e famiglia!

We had a wonderful stay here, the photos do not do it’s justice. We were a family of 8 w a baby and everyone found it very comfortable. The views are amazing and it truly feels like you’re staying in a relatives home. Very homey feel with lots of bathrooms and the kitchen is just amazing. You’ll need a car to access the town where we rented a boat and used the local market to make dinner at home. The beach club also has a great restaurant. We will def be back.

The terrace and view are truly magnificent. The house is lovely, featuring a main floor with a living room, an open kitchen, a toilet, and a small bedroom for one person. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms (one of which is a small room for one person), a bathroom with a bathtub, and another bathroom with a shower. Only two of the second-floor bedrooms have air conditioning. Additionally, there is a laundry room and a separate garage. We didn’t use the garage, as street parking is usually available. The garage opens onto a busy street, making parking challenging, and the garage access involves climbing a spiral staircase, which is not ideal for carrying luggage or shopping. The beach is about a 15-minute walk or a 2-minute drive away. The place is beautiful, the host is very responsive, and I highly recommend it.

Con dei colleghi abbiamo scelto di passare qualche giorno in questa casa per fare Smart working. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, l’alloggio ha tutto il necessario per passare del tempo con gli amici, abbiamo anche fatto un bel barbecue! Le stanze sono comode e attrezzate, la cucina ha tutto il necessario e anche di più. La posizione è comodissima per Capalbio e la natura ci ha regalato dei tramonti spettacolari rilassati a bordo piscina. La comunicazione con l’host è stata eccellente, gentile e veramente piacevole! Consigliatissimo

Tolle Lage in einer mehr oder weniger privaten Bucht (gehört zum Club Hotel Cala Piccola, einfahrt mit Chip/Karte) Super schöner Ausblick, super schöner Garten, Benutzung der Liegen unten am Meer vom Club, Strandbar, alles im allem einfach Mega Einziger Nachteil ist nur man ist am Ende der Halbinsel, die sehr sehr hügelig und steil ist, sprich ohne Auto eher schwierig, da Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Cafe, Bars nur unten in Porto St. Stefano sind, ca 10km entfernt, aber das hat mit dem wunderbaren gelegenen schönen Haus in der traumhaften Bucht nichts zu tun, wenn man mit Auto anreist alles kein Problem, alles im allem ein wunderschönes Haus in einer wahnsinnig schönen Gegend mit traumhaften Panorama, auch St. Stefano und Agentario Hafen sind top mit tollen Restaurants und Bars wie man es sich im Urlaub wünscht!! Der Preis ist gerechtfertigt da man echt in einer Privaten Umgebung ist mit traumhaften Garten und Privatweg zum Strand/Bucht/Club 5von5 Sterne von mir

This property is truly one of a kind - the view is absolutely spectacular, the photos don't do it justice! We loved watching the sunset every evening from the patio. The property feels isolated and quiet, yet is a short drive to beaches, supermarkets, and multiple towns nearby. The house is quite spacious with plenty of room for a group or family. Alison was very pleasant to communicate with and very responsive (and patient!) to all of our questions. Access to the beach club is a very special extra 'bonus' - crystal clear water for a refreshing swim and a delicious restaurant for lunch. Highly recommend! The trade-off for the outstanding view is a drive up a steep, narrow driveway, so I would recommend as small a car as possible (generally a good idea when visiting towns in this region anyway!). We struggled to navigate it the first few times, but then it was fine.

Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad sind klein, aber schön eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und schönen Tischen. Von dort hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Umgebung besteht aus ein paar anderen Ferienhäusern und ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool den man nutzen kann und am Ende einer langen Treppe einen Zugang zum Meer (kein Strand sondern felsig aber trotzdem super zum Baden). Rund um das Häuschen ist ein kleiner Garten und viele schöne Bäume. Giovannis Vater Eduardo hat uns empfangen, alles gezeigt und war sehr freundlich. Wenn wir einen Frage hatten, haben wir schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Zum Einkaufen fährt man ungefähr 10-15 min mit dem Auto im nächsten Ort. Zusammengefasst: ein sehr schöner ruhiger Ort mit perfektem Ausblick bei freundlichen Leuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Casa Moorehead was an absolute gem and a true highlight of our holiday. Built in the 1960s, it now boasts a mature terraced garden filled with shaded spots, perfect for relaxation. The house's location at Bocca d’Oro made it ideal for our multi-family getaway. The well-maintained pool and expansive garden kept both kids and adults entertained. Special thanks to Luigi, the friendly gardener, and Lourdes, the wonderful cleaner, for making our stay extra comfortable. The Moorehead family ensured that everything was seamless. Casa Moorehead is truly a special find! We'll be back!

Meidän 15 henkilön porukka vietti villassa 5 yötä. Majoitus vastasi kuvia ja keittiö oli jopa yllättävän suuri. Kaksi erillistä huonetta omine ulko-ovineen oli hyvä lisä paikkaan. Tosi hyvä majoitus, suosittelemme!

Wir haben 9 Nächte in Lauras Villa verbracht und hatten eine entspannte Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sauber, toll dekoriert und hatte alles, was man brauchte. Die Aussicht und der Pool sind sensationell. Die Klimaanlagen haben sehr gut funktioniert - was bei der Hitze (über 30 Grad) wirklich sehr sehr nötig war. Die Anfahrt hat dank Boris - dem "Hausmeister", der uns bei Fragen und mit hilfreichen Tipps immer prompt zur Seite stand, gut geklappt. Auch Laura hatte uns bereits im Vorfeld gute Tipps (Restaurants etc) gegeben und war eine freundliche charmante Ansprechpartnerin! Das einzige, was etwas ungünstig war: unser VW Sharan hatte mit 4 Personen besetzt Probleme, die letzte Kurve von dem letzten steilen Straßenstück auf den Parkplatz zu nehmen. Wir Damen sind dann immer vorher ausgestiegen; dann war es kein Problem.

WOW!! Was für ein traumhaft schöner Ort! Eine wunderschöne Aussicht, die ich jetzt schon vermisse. Das Haus war unglaublich schön eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und die Außenanlage top gepflegt. Der Weg dorthin ist sehr uneben und steinig. Du kannst dort nicht hochfahren, wenn dein Auto etwas tiefer gelegt ist. Man hat keine 100 prozentige Privatsphäre. Die Gärtner kommen täglich. Wir kommen wieder :)

Abbiamo trascorso il ponte del 25 aprile in una compagnia di 10 persone (due famiglie). I genitori hanno dormito al piano superiore nelle due camere matrimoniali con letti molto comodi. I figli sono stati al piano inferiore. Non abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina non ancora aperta a causa del protrarsi del tempo fresco e inclemente anche in questa stagione, ma abbiamo apprezzato il bellissimo giardino/parco e la vista poetica sulle colline godibile anche dalle finestre che sembrano quadri. L'ampio salone con cucina e il patio si sono dimostrati ambienti perfetti per i bei momenti conviviali. In cucina, ben attrezzata, erano presenti abbondanti beni di prima necessità tali da garantire la prima "sopravvivenza" essendo arrivati in una giornata festiva con gli esercizi chiusi. Il paese ha negozi con prodotti alimentari locali buonissimi (segnalo tortelli maremmani e pasticceria). Posizione perfetta per gite a Saturnia, Pitigliano, Orbetello, Argentario e altre mete top a pochi km

Marsiliana ist ein sehr besonderer Ort für einen perfekten Sommerurlaub in herrlicher Umgebung und guter Nähe zum Meer. Eigentlich alle Details übertreffen die Fotos, vor allem der Innenhof mit der Loggia und die großzügige, schöne Küche mit perfekter Ausstattung für viele Gäste. Wenn man den Charme eines historischen Ortes, kombiniert mit den Vorzügen der Maremma und einer liebevollen Betreuung durch die Vermieter zu schätzen weiß, ist man hier definitiv am richtigen Ort. Gutes Wetter, die Weinprobe und das kleine Museum runden den Aufenthalt ab.
