The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee you can sleep in, have been preserved. No less than 65m2 with its own kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with freestanding bath. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower at an additional cost, you can relax wonderfully.

The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Here you can swim and do water sports. Also here is the famous Thermen Bussloo and a golf course.

On our property, on the Sallandse Heuvelrug, there is a residential house with a guesthouse diagonally behind it. The guesthouse (50 m2) has all the comforts. From the guesthouse, you overlook the beautifully landscaped garden (1 ha in size) and the countryside. You come here for peace and quiet and for the beautiful nature. For children, the garden is a true playground paradise. Haarle is located on the Sallandse Heuvelrug. You can hike and bike beautifully here.

A beautiful, self-built, log cabin, furnished for 2 people. It is located in the Stavasterbos, a small park, near Lochem. The log cabin has one double room with a 1.80 wide bed with 2 duvets. The cottage has a garden of approximately 350 m2. There is a bistro in the park. There are no other general amenities. The cottage is 3 km from the city center and is adjacent to a beautiful forest area. There is a small shed available to store 2 bicycles if necessary.

Nature lovers, take note! Relax in our vacation home, beautifully located in the middle of nature. The cottage has two cozy bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and the other with bunk beds. The spacious bathroom is full of comforts and the kitchen (with Nespresso coffee machine) is fully equipped. The beautiful location of our vacation home offers an abundance of peace and space. Kick back and relax in our wellness guesthouse. Enjoy your private sauna and jacuzzi, to relax all day or after an active day of cycling, walking or shopping in the nearby towns of Deventer, Zutphen or Apeldoorn. Have a morning coffee with an unobstructed view of the fields, and maybe have the neighbour's cows greet you at the fence. At night, relax by the outside fireplace with a glass of wine. It has everything you need, just unpack your bags and enjoy!

Fully equipped, with 3 spacious bedrooms with lovely beds, kitchen with cooking island, cozy living room with TV / Wii, wood stove and very spacious garden. With BBQ, fire basket and cozy fireplace to light a fire. There is a pool, playground and tennis court in the park itself. Please note this park is a quiet park. No noise after 10pm!
