In the garden there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and the field. Stylish apartment with one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom from which you can watch the pigs in the open air while showering. On our estate there are many more animals to admire - chickens (also roosters!!!! that is, the alarm clock in the morning "rings" sometimes a little earlier), geese, ducks, horses, quails... There is also a small farm shop and there is always a place for barbecues or a campfire.

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

In our very quiet, renovated designer apartment (16sqm) with a private bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) and separate access, kitchenette (NO stove or microwave available , sink in the bathroom), Smart TV, Telekom Entertain with replay function, Internet / WLAN 50GB (separate Ethernet connection available) and view into a park-like garden you live in the heart of Hildesheim. Smoking is strictly prohibited!

Tiny House "Luna", by the lake with sauna

Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

The property is quietly located in the center of Sarstedts. The train station, which can be reached in 5 minutes by 5 minutes, offers several connections every hour: - Hanover (12 min) - Messe/Laatzen (6 min) - Hanover Airport (37 min.) - Hildesheim Hbf (12 min.).
