One of oldest properties in the town, it is a warm and welcoming house full of period features dating back to medieval times, including a large inglenook fireplace. A small frontage with lots behind! It has all modern comforts including a fully equipped kitchen and a separate wet-room style shower room with under-floor heating. Off-road parking (better suited to small to mid sized cars).

An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign

Whether you wish to explore the wilderness of the moors or hibernate in the cosy warmth of the cabin, this home away from home will keep you close to nature. Roughly 500m from the open moorland and within 50m of public footpaths, we are in a prime location for exploring and walking, close to woods and rivers and 3 miles from the town of Chagford. The cabin will sleep up to 4 in two double beds.

The Barn, Soussons Farm, a cosy welcoming space to use as a base for exploring Dartmoor, surrounded by beautiful open space with numerous bridle paths and footpaths right on your door step. It's a converted granite barn with open plan living room with woodburner and kitchen upstairs. Two comfy bedrooms downstairs. Bathroom with roomy shower. No mobile signal but broadband, and WiFi calling. Well behaved dogs welcome for a fee payable before arrival.
