Cabin vacation rentals in Gibsons

This was our second time staying here and we couldn’t ask for a better accommodation! Gayle and Lee both went above beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We loved the complimentary kayak rentals use on the marina. They also offered us a free boat tour of the marina and the nearby islands! Anything you think you may need, Gayle and Lee have provided. We can’t wait to come back!!

The band house is welcoming and very cozy. It feels farther out of town than it really is while still being conviently close to everything you need.

Very quiet and private, despite closeness to the Sunshine Coast highway and stores. Lovely small yard (use baby gate and furniture to block off the front deck and you have a fully fenced area for dogs). Clean and had everything we needed. Lily lake is nearly right next doors and has very nice trails. A very serene retreat and perfect base for exploring incredibly beautiful areas.

Look no further—book this place!!! 🩷 We had such a great time here! The weather was mostly perfect—warm with a bit of chill—but the fire pit made all the difference. I took a peaceful nap in the hammock and enjoyed the spa hot tub—it was all super relaxing. Now, full honesty—the washroom situation wasn’t the most ideal since it doesn’t have a door, haha. But it actually turned into a funny experience, and we just took turns being inside the cabin when someone needed to go. We also had a little surprise guest in the woods! No idea what it was (totally normal for a place so close to the forest), but it just added to the adventure. Just be sure not to leave any food outside!

Myself and two of my team members stayed at Michael’s place April 23-26 and we had an absolutely wonderful time! The home itself is so cozy and warm with stunning views and surroundings. It was quiet and peaceful, well equipped and extremely clean! We spent our time hiking and exploring the area but the highlight of the trip was the sunset paddle we enjoyed in the kayaks. The only negative feedback I could share is that I found the beds extremely hard and uncomfortable but that may also be a matter of preference. All in all in was a fantastic stay and I would certainly recommend Michael’s place to anyone looking for a relaxing or adventurous getaway with friends or family!!

My husband and I have stayed at Air B&B's all over the world, and this was truly one of the best we've ever stayed at. From the seamless checkin, to the thoughtful touches (handwritten notes, goats milk soap, fresh sourdough and home made jam, doggie bed and treats, lush robes and slippers), we felt even more comfortable than at home. And don't even get us started on the rain shower and king sized bed!! Straight out of our dreams. We joked all weekend about how we didn't want to leave either of them. The ability to open and close the blinds from the comfort of our bed was a real treat - and made mornings extra special with the expansive view of the ocean and mountains. Gayle and Lee were so friendly and responsive, and surprised us with multiple things throughout the weekend, including a ride on their boat to a secret beach. Heavenly. If you're considering staying here, don't delay. You will not regret it!

We had such a great experience staying at Wildwood Cabin 2. We had the pleasure of meeting our host, Reg. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The property is beautiful, with peaceful surroundings and a lovely view from the top. Everything felt thoughtfully designed, and the wood-fired sauna was amazing, such a perfect way to relax and enjoy the setting. Inside the cabin, it was cozy and comfortable. I completely fell in love with the bed linens, they were so soft and luxurious. There’s no TV, but there are plenty of board games, which made it really easy to disconnect and enjoy some quiet time. As a sweet bonus, we got to enjoy fresh eggs from the chickens on the property. We didn’t have time to join the yoga class since our stay was short, but that might just be the perfect reason to go back. Thank you Reg for sharing this beautiful space with others!

We were there for 3 nights with our two dogs. It’s such a cute cabin with a gorgeous ocean view. We took a nice walk at the beach which is accessible with the trail they built. It was very peaceful and quiet, perfect for our sensitive dogs. Vanessa was also very accommodating. The only suggestion I’d give to other guests is to bring your own bath towels if you’re quite picky about the cleanliness. We found some stains on a couple of towels. Otherwise it was a perfect stay.

This location is paradise. So cozy, beautiful views, all what you need for a getaway. The inside includes luxuries like down pillows and wool blankets. The inside wood stove and outside fireplaces make it the perfect escape from the city. A short drive to shops and restaurants, hikes and breweries, and a super responsive host who went beyond to answer questions. Will stay again, to be sure.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautiful, spotless, and even better than we expected. The outdoor space was just as amazing as the interior, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Jules and Cornelius were so lovely and welcoming and the farm is a great place to explore Bowen Island. Note that the cabin is a place for switching off so wifi signal is not strong. Who needs wifi when you have a donkey though, right?!

This place was magical. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and the host was beyond friendly and helpful. We were even greeted with some fresh eggs from the chickens on the property. The surroundings were absolutely gorgeous and the entire island of Bowen is not something to be missed. If you want a peaceful, and relaxing getaway surrounded by stunning nature, you must stay here!

Bailey’s cabin is one of our top Airbnb’s that we’ve stayed at so far! The cabin had everything we needed and the bedroom and yard was super cozy and private. We really appreciated how Bailey was quick to respond to questions. It was so peaceful and exactly the relaxing getaway we were hoping for. 100% recommend!

We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend at The Cabin! Shana was a wonderful host and was extremely responsive with whatever questions I had. Her and her husband were so kind to greet us at the cabin and welcome us into their wonderful space! We really enjoyed cooking on the grill and spending time by the fire pit after spending the day exploring the island. It was definitely the reset my partner and I needed. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

Ayla, was a very friendly and responsive host. Her property is superb and ideal for a family with plenty of games and toys in the house and garden to occupy everyone. The quality of furnishings, bedding and linen is of the highest standard. Thoroughly recommend Twin Creeks.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Lori’s place. The place was exactly as described—clean and incredibly comfortable. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The location was close to local attractions. The small touches, like fresh towels, coffee, eggs and muffins really made the stay special. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had the most wonderful three night stay celebrating my girlfriends birthday. Coral kindly had a birthday banner hung up when we entered and even picked us up at the bottom of the hill with our luggage as we were on foot! The cabin is spotlessly clean and has the most cosy and warm ambience. The bed is super comfy and spacious, we had the best sleep. The deck with the fire pit and bbq are an amazing addition, surrounded by trees, so it really feels private and peaceful. The hammock is also a beautiful addition we sadly didn’t get to make use of as the weather was rainy our first two nights. However, we can imagine it would be lovely in the warm weather. Despite the rain, this cabin is the perfect place to hunker down and watch the DVDs provided, play games, or read a book and relax. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and to feel at home. Coral was super responsive, friendly and prompt in her responses. Thank you Coral, we would happily return! 🌻 ❤️
