Guests will enjoy 2 terraces with sea and garden views. You will be surrounded by the sea, the island of Elba and the trees of the garden, Magnolia, avocado, lemon trees.

Welcome to the "Ludria" apartment – a cocoon carefully renovated in March 2025, ideally located on the charming descent of the port of Solenzara, in Corsica. Nestled within the Bernardini Residence, this accommodation combines modern comfort and a soothing natural setting. Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, "Ludria" is also an ideal base from which to explore the treasures of southern Corsica: Porto-Vecchio is 31 km away, Propriano is 46 km away, and Figari-Sud Corse Airport is 47 km away.

From the terrace, the view and access (via a staircase about 3 meters away) are direct. The apartment is air-conditioned for real comfort in summer and winter. Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine. Its wide plate-glass window gives direct access on the terrace and allow to live confortabily as inside as outdoor, facing the sea.

Pretty rocky cove suitable for swimming at the end of the garden. Large pebble beach in the subdivision, less than 5 min. walk. Close to Sari (beautiful hikes) and 3 km south of Solenzara (its port, its liveliness, its delicious ice cream, its shops, its restaurants, its sandy beaches...). It is almost essential to have a car.
