The apartment, located on the ground floor of an ancient stone house from the 1500s, is ideal for a romantic couple's holiday, for a relaxing family holiday but also for lovers of nature and sports.

In a quiet, very well-maintained complex, this beautiful apartment is located directly on the lake, with private access to the lawn/barbecue area! One large bedroom with double bed, one smaller with double bed, bathroom with toilet + tub, kitchen well equipped (Nespresso machine etc.)Living/dining room with large table, TV, sofa. Large loggia with table and chairs! Linens, towels, loungers, parasol included. Free parking, restaurants/bar within walking distance.

Relax in beautiful and scenic Italy. Our humble studio apartment offers expansive views of Lago Maggiore and mountains. The area is quiet and peaceful. Private lake access is a 10 minute walk. If you'd like to walk to Stresa, we recommend first driving 3 minutes and starting up the hill (23 min total / avoids steps). Please note: You will have to walk through our upstairs living room (8m distance total) while we wait for approvals to build external stairs.

A one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a terrace for outdoor dining awaits you. The apartment is very bright and is accessed directly from the street. A car is recommended, a bus service is nearby. The car must be left in the nearby free public parking lot. Pets are not allowed, 2 very good dogs already live in the house.
