The guest house was as described. It was a great location for our needs. Lisa was very responsive, friendly and easy to communicate with. The mattress was not comfortable based on my own personal preference to no fault of Lisa’s. We would highly recommended this place for its location and the small peaceful hospitality that it offered.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway. The property was beautiful and the tiny home was very cozy. You get the best of both worlds with privacy on a great property and the nice vibe of walking around the Town in Hudson. The food was outstanding. All of Vanessa’s suggestions were phenomenal and did not disappoint. One of the best trips we have taken.

Gethen's cottage is prefectly located near Hudson but also with no more than a 30 min drive of other villages in the western part of Columbia county. Walking the local roads provided us and our dog with lots of interactions with the local goats, pigs, sheep, chickens and sometimes dogs! Stargazing is also my husband's hobby and he loved being able to ramble the roads on clear nights. The kitchen in the cottage was definitely workable and we loved the induction stove. Gethen answere any questions or concerns within a few minutes.

Staying at Hawthorn was a special treat. The house was cheery in the midst of winter and felt like home! Centrally located in the Valley with easy access to Hudson and venturing out further, exploring local markets and sweet little helmets! The perfect get away
