We had a great stay with my wife. The riad is located right in the center of the medina and was both spacious and very comfortable. The hosts, Gilles and Sophie, were very helpful and attentive; they responded quickly to our needs, swiftly found a solution when we encountered an issue. It was nice doing some morning stretches on the terrace at sunrise. We recommend it.

Spacious place on ground floor of popular building near good food options and easy walk to the beach as well as proximity to Medina. Good Internet, fine kitchen, two bathrooms. Ground floor meant less outdoor light but if you plan to be out an the time less of an issue.

This was seriously one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in in a long time! Great communication, easy access to the apartment, and everything was just as described – if not better! What I liked most was that the apartment had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The host has clearly thought of all the little details, from washing detergent to a small heater in case it gets chilly. The sunset from the balcony was absolutely fabulous too. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place is great. High up looking over the medina ramparts from the balcony to the Altlantic breakers crashing over the rocks, just wonderful. The accommodation is compact but not cramped, the bed was extremely comfortable and there is a large shower room which is separate from the toilet with basin and bidet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and, if and when we return to Essaouira we will book again.

We had a fantastic stay! Malika was incredibly responsive and cheerful, making our experience even better. Her cooking was a delightful highlight! The sea views and sounds were breathtaking, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Living by the ocean does come with some realities, like the sound of the waves and a bit of sea salt on the glass, but it truly adds to the charm of the location. Highly recommend!

Great apartment with a fantastic view, in the center of Medina. Faoud is very helpful and responsive. Due to the very strong winds, it can happen that some sand gets into the house from the windows, but if you're not picky, it's absolutely worth it!!!

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean, well-equipped and as shown in the photos and description. The sea view is beautiful! We also particularly appreciated the heater which maintained a comfortable temperature even though it was January. The welcome was perfect with Mrs. Wafa who was also always available and present for us. The caretaker Mohammed was super nice and friendly. There are a few restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Transportation is easy in Essaouira, it was easy to get to the medina with small taxis at low cost if you don't want to walk too much. We are very satisfied with our stay and do not rule out returning! Thanks again Alain Victor and Mrs. Wafa! Elyse and Laurent.

Sayifa and her son Unes are super friendly and gave us helpful information. Firstly, the apartment is clean, cozy and had roof top to enjoying the view of surrounding. Only 10 mins walking to the old city and 3 mins walking to the sea. If come back Essaouira, will choose this place definitely. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Said's place the accommodation is very clean. We were warmly welcomed. We really enjoyed the shared Moroccan tea and pastries. If you are walkers you can go there Medina and Diabat on foot. Next to the beach there are good restaurants with a nice view of the beach. The nearby crossroads are also a plus. The place is quiet. We recommend this great place has a great value for money.

Very happy with our 2 night stay. Simo picked us up at the bus and took us back. Ideal location close to the beach, souk and many places to eat. The only downside, the curtain in the bedroom is not opaque which can disturb sleepers. I would recommend this apartment and Simo, who is a caring and responsive host.

Had a very nice stay! Beautiful apartment with plenty of space and extremely cozy terraces (3!) where it is very nice to stay. Nice, quiet neighborhood where we felt very safe and comfortable. Tasty Moroccan and French bakery and tasty restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Ali and Ruth’s place with a group of friends over new year. It was a beautiful and peaceful flat in a very walkable distance from the beach and 15-20 mins to the medina. We slept very well each night as it was very comfortable and in a quiet area and in general the place was kept very clean and was well equipped. There is a beautiful roof terrace that is wonderful to relax on too. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. Ruth was very responsive to answer any questions and was very helpful during our trip.

Hamza’s apartment felt like home for the week I spent there. It was very comfortable and modern. The beds were super-comfortable and the bed linen luxurious. I could walk to the beach in less than ten minutes and the medina in less than half an hour. Neighbours were friendly and smiley. There was a bit of noise at night but I am very sensitive to noise as I live in a very quiet village, so I just wore earplugs and slept like a baby! Hamza was friendly and helpful, offering lots of recommendations for my stay in Essaouira. I highly recommend him as a host as well as his lovely apartment. I loved my time here and hope to be back soon.

I had a nice stay at Fatima's place. Apartment and terraces are very enjoyable. Neighbourhood is peaceful. Fatima has been flexible for my checkout, appreciated it.

The best part of the stay was him, he was very nice and kind, he offered us help, he kept our belongings and even helped us with our trip back to Marrakech without us being in the apartment anymore. Very comfortable, a little further away from the medina, a 15-minute walk, but taxis pass by all the time for 0.80 each way in case you don't want to walk! Also, being further away, there is not as much noise from the streets. My pleasure!!!!

Great experience. The house is in quieter part of the city, outside of the busiest streets. For me, it was perfect and very walkable (20 mins to reach the center). Apartment was as described. A great place to relax with kitchen and everything else you need. Mr. Rachid was my contact for the trip. He was very kind and very helpful. Helped me with my trip from the airport and everything else. Always replied to my questions quickly, and regularly checked in to see if I was ok or needed anything. Very grateful for the great care! Would recommend staying here!
