Excellent stay, very pleasant and little neighborhood noise. Everything was in perfect working order. The only small negative point is that it's a little far from the tram stop. Anyway, I'm very satisfied.

Great stay at Nid des Neiges. The apartment is very nice and extremely functional. Its location is perfect for skiing in Combloux! The icing on the cake: the view of Mont Blanc from the balcony. Lucas was very helpful throughout the stay. We'll be happy to go back!

Great week for 3! The accommodation is quite small but very practical and functional with plenty of storage space. It is quiet and very well-equipped and the sunny balcony with unobstructed views is very pleasant. And of course the station is great! Perfect welcome, I would recommend it.

I must say, it truly felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need including some good books. The cozy living room, complete with a smart TV, was the perfect spot to unwind after a tiring work day. The kitchen was fully stocked including herbs, tea and coffee, allowing me to prepare meals just like I would at home. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, had a restful night's sleep. The location was ideal, situated in a quiet neighborhood yet close to all the conveniences and public transports. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded all my expectations. It provided the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly homey and memorable stay. I can't wait to return in future! Free public transport pass is a plus.

Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy accommodation, it feels almost like home. Roberta is very friendly and very available as needed. The proximity to the center of Annecy is a big plus. I recommend it!

We had a great time with the family. The apartment was very clean, very functional and suitable for children. The environment is quiet, close to nature and there are plenty of activities to do with children. Ségolène was very welcoming and available. We will be back!

Great place and respectful host. This place is near to the all amenities. Next to the Geneva with local transportation. Definitely will book this place next time.

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment is very well-equipped and pleasant. The lake view is amazing! Access is also very easy and we were able to do everything by bike from the accommodation. The small beach nearby is also very nice. Thank you to the owners for providing us with paddles. It was a very relaxing holiday in a privileged environment. Pleasant stay in Ségnerand 🌷 The place is as described and very clean. Flexible and independent arrival in this brand new studio; special mention for the starry sky above the bed, the TV and the Jacuzzi bathtub of course 🫧 The neighborhood is quiet and the parking spaces are very convenient. Thank you for this night that cut us off from our Jura agitations. ☀️
