The homestead is truly an ex-libris from the Marvão region. Those who seek tranquility with all comfort and wrapped in the magic of the climate of the Serra do Alentejo, here you can enjoy an unparalleled peace. The house is super comfortable, well equipped and with all the requirements met to spend a few days with family or friends. The very spacious bedrooms all with well-equipped living room and kitchen, an unobstructed outdoor space with plenty of shade, and a generous pool always useful on hot days. All this in the middle of many fruit trees and with the mountains serving as a postcard. With regard to the hostess, Inês, was always very kind, worried that we would feel at home and always ready to help with any questions. Definitely an experience to repeat.

Highly recommend this Quinta! The manager and staff are so kind and go out of their way to accommodate. They allows us to change our dates at the last minute and were very flexible w/ check in and check out. The grounds are very peaceful but still close to main towns to explore - we loved Estremoz. All three villas / apartments are well appointed - nice furniture, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds. They are basically brand new and a great way to spend a peaceful holiday. A highlight was visiting Estevan restaurant- a must do when you’re in the area! We hope to be back again .. it was such a lovely stay!

Our experience was very very positive! The house is in a beautiful location with a fantastic scenery to look at, from the dining room or from the pool area (we had cold weather and rain unfortunately, the landscape was breathtaking but I am sure using the pool could be a really great experience!). Beautiful place and surroundings, cozy home with many rooms and plenty of space. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment aswell. The only thing to note, even though it was rented in winter time, was the state of the pool. We recommend at least covering the swimming pool.

We loved the house. The shades were dark, the beds were comfortable, and the decor was beautiful. It was a longer walk to walk to Monsaraz than I thought it would be, but we really liked the quiet location and agree with the other reviewers who said they had one of their best meals at the restaurant next door. Would have loved to stay longer!

Our stay at this property was excellent. The house is extremely spacious, with 5 bedrooms, a very well-decorated rustic living room (all well thought out and with very good taste) and 3 very clean and functional bathrooms. Both the beds and the bed linens and towels were comfortable and of high quality. Very well-equipped kitchen, with several utensils, which made preparing meals very easy. The dining area on the porch, overlooking the typical Alentejo landscape, created a great atmosphere for our group lunches. The rooms of the house are equipped with air-conditioning (essential for the hottest days). In short, the house offers everything you need for a relaxing and pleasant stay. I highly recommend this property.

Everything was perfect. Street parking available right outside the unit. We could not find a chefs knife, but made do. All utensils and pans,you needed to make some quick meals including some olive oil and vinegar. A selection of local wines and cheeses available for purchase at fair prices. Those with limited mobility be aware that loft bedroom access is via a fixed ladder...easier to come down backwards as on a ship.

It was perfect. The house is very nice, wider than it looks in the pictures. Amazing breakfast on the terrace. We were informed of nearby restaurants. We were offered to request anything we needed. The stay was very pleasant, I recommend it 100%. I would definitely come back again! Thank you!!!

Ricardo’ s place was a great find!! We love how tastefully is decorated and his attention to details and care made us feel at home. We had all the comfort we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor area filled with nice fruit trees and a lovely pool. We will definitely come back over the summer days.

No words can describe how nice Carla is and how friendly and inviting she is along with her daughter. We felt right at home and her place was very comfortable, clean and the perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries. I recommend her place to anyone who wants a country side retreat with the most amazing views and not too far from the town centre. Very good value for money The only one but was that the house smelled very damp didn't help that it was raining and although there were dehumidifiers it was not enough, also there was less storage space in the kitchen and some salt ,vinegar...,everything else was very good, comfortable beds.

Group of 6 couples for 3 days at the turn of the year 24/25. The house is spacious, modern and very pleasant, all with very good taste! Central heating provides the necessary comfort for the cold of Alentejo, but it's a pity the fireplace doesn't work. The kitchen is huge and the fridge/freezer too!As the house is in transition of owners, there are still some touches that, when ready, will make the house even better than it already is! Such as: more light in the living room and kitchen, a reading nook, more chairs at the dining table and renovated sofas. I highly recommend this hill for groups as it has plenty of room to socialize and relax. It has a great pool and a huge porch that will certainly be magnificent to enjoy when it is not winter.

Great house for those looking for a corner in a rural area. It has everything you need for a few relaxing days as a family or alone. For those who travel with children under 3 years old, the interior floor of the house, in the kitchenette, because it is of stone, is not very practical, but nothing that some liteers that the house does not solve. The garden space is excellent for children to play and the pool consoles the adults. The sun exposure of the pool is from noon, but the heat that made itself felt was enough to have a pleasant temperature. It is located between Estremoz and Évora which allows you to take some very nice walks. We spent a few days in a very harmonious family, quiet, chasing babies :) and wanting the week to multiply in days. Carmen was excellent. Esteve always available with great sympathy and kindness. Made us feel truly welcome! It was a happy week. 💙 Thank you, Carmen.

We loved our stay and Miguel was always very friendly and available. The house is amazing, super quiet and well decorated. The fireplace makes the atmosphere super cozy, we hope to return soon.

The house in Monsaraz was perfect, very beautiful and well located. It had all that was needed. The castle is very beautiful, the Sahida restaurant inside the castle was delicious and the decor was amazing. I also visited the river beach, the megalithic ensemble when the sunset fell and the full moon went up, beautifully. I took great photos because the scenery is amazing. Loved it all starting with the place to stay.

The little house is lovely - warm and homely. It is well furnished with a good hot shower and good water pressure. The beds are comfortable and there are lots of extra blankets (we came in the cold season). Parking is right outside the door and the back garden has a covered area as well as a direct sun area- chairs table and sun beds. There is a small laundry, lines and pegs. We would thoroughly recommend.
