Our simple but functionally furnished attic studio is located in Isny, a lovely small town in the Allgäu. It offers enough space for two adults. The two regional airports Friedrichshafen am Bodensee and Memmingen are about 30 kilometers away. The house is located 5 minutes from the city center of Isny. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk. A small ski lift for beginners is in approx. 5 minutes.

Nice apartment with stylish decor and spacious bathroom. Centrally located in the middle of the village. Popular excursion destinations for hiking, cycling, skiing and castles (e.g. Neuschwanstein) and museums can be reached within an hour. Located directly on the Lake Constance-Königsee cycle path. Own e-bikes can be parked in the courtyard or locked room. Charging is available.

This special place is located right on the river and right at the entrance to the historic old town. Although centrally located in the city, the location on the river creates a feel-good atmosphere all year round. The accommodation is not large, but a perfect base if you want to explore the old town on foot, the surrounding area by bike or the region by car.
