Apartment vacation rentals in Gerswalde

We have stayed at the other place Allan has and really enjoyed this one as well. The location of the apartment is great and there are so many restaurants, bakeries and cafes within a close walking distance. The elevator made it easy to get all of our luggage up to the top floor with our 2 kids, which we really appreciated! Allan and Paulina were very responsive to any questions we had. The folder with all of the check in information had some great recommendations of things to do in the area. The entire apartment is very clean, bright and open and worked great for our family. We look forward to making another trip to stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The studio looks exactly like on the pictures. It is very conveniently located, in a quiet neighborhood, near the U-Bahn station, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The bar and restaurant recommendations were really helpful. Definitely a great place to stay at if you're visiting Berlin!

Heiko’s flat was one of our favorite AirBnB experiences. The space is HUGE with tall airy ceilings, light streaming in from many windows and thoughtfully furnished with all the necessities. In a quiet neighborhood with mostly locals but centrally located in Mitte and only a 2 minute walk to the 10 tram that comes every 2 minutes that is along key stops in Berlin for easy access to major sites and neighborhoods. In addition Heiko was a responsive and friendly host and we loved all the nice touches to make our stay so cozy, warm and wonderful during our winter break. Can’t recommend enough or strongly!

Great views of the city. Welcoming neighbors. Nice outdoor playground and lots of cars, trains, cranes, towers, etc. to look at from the window. (For our little son). Note: Not security lock on the windows. Ivos always responded quickly and politely and was very helpful.

The place was perfect. We (6 people) only stayed one night in the apartment, but we can definitely imagine coming again and staying a few days longer. The apartment was clean and all descriptions were accurate. Check in was very easy and flexible. We also received a detailed message in advance with all important information (key code, house rules,...)

The day I arrived there was a Transit strike. I needed to get to a place at a certain time.Kerstin drove me ito a place I needed to get to. I would stay with her and at her place again in a second. Somebody who understands what hospitality is all about

A BIG thank you to Nancy for the excellent stay at her place. Everything was perfect - the duplex is spacious, impeccable and located in a quiet area. Very easily accessible by car and train. Once there, public transport makes it very easy to get to Berlin. - exchanges and communications with Nancy were so pleasant and helpful before, during and after the stay; these further enhanced our family trip 1000 thanks for this wonderful stay and the discovery of Berlin Happy New Year

We had a great time in Ben’s apartment. It is in a quiet and lovely neighbourhood full of history, a few stops from Alexanderplatz, near to the U bahn and to a big station of U and S bahn. Elegantly furnished, clean, incredibly silent, very comfortable also for the mezzanine, where there is a bed, allowing you to enjoy the living room during the day. Ben answered to all our questions in a few time. We absolutely recommend it.

We spent a wonderful 4 nights at Vanni‘s apartment in Prenzlauer Berg. It’s very spacious, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Vanni was super responsive, very kind and he even let us store our luggage in the flat for a good while after check out time so that we could enjoy our last hours before catching the flight without having to drag it around. We felt very much at home! Complementary (and very good!) coffee and tea was highly appreciated! The area is fabulous! Very good public transport connection to pretty much everywhere in Berlin, great restaurants and amazing cafes, cute boutiques, pubs, bars, Biergarten, everything in walking distance. If you like the buzz of the city and also coming „home“ to a vibrant, typical Berlin, beautiful and very green neighbourhood this is the place to stay. We‘ll be back!

I spent a few days in this accommodation in Berlin and the experience was really positive. The apartment was very clean, with attention to detail and very cozy. The location is perfect, convenient for visiting the city both on foot and by public transport. Another strong point is definitely the host: very kind, helpful and attentive to every need. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience Berlin at its best!

Nice and unique place

We had a super great time in Simone's great place. We didn't miss anything and were able to really relax. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired and if you don't have enough of the pool during the day, you can admire the starry sky from the hot tub at night. The only thing to note is. We came by public transport and had to walk to the train station on the day of departure (50 min), as neither bus nor taxi/Bolt or Uber are available on Sundays. That maybe as a little info...but of course has nothing to do with the wonderful accommodation itself! We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is very clean and stylishly arranged and the view is spectacular. The bed is comfortable, there are more than enough towels available, the kitchen is well equipped and the location also leaves nothing to be desired: supermarket, restaurants, shopping center all within walking distance. Swimming pool with saunas and roof terrace complete the ideal vacation. We also found a parking space in front of the property without any problems.

Beautiful spot. Cosy and welcoming. Great kitchen with all items and utensils needed to cook for a few people. We had a great time in the sauna and beautiful walks around the lake. Comfortable beds and cosy soft sofas.

Nice studio flat with great views across the city. The spa facilities, included in the price, were lovely. Swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, loungers - and a pile of ice for the brave !

Very kid friendly….the loft beds aren’t for adults…beautiful bathroom!!! This flat is in the middle of it all, great restaurants, shopping, parks & activities within walking distance. It was very comfortable.

These guys were amazing! Everything was very cozy and they were very responsive and friendly. We would be very happy to comeback. Everything was 200% perfect! 🤩 ❤️😍
