Great lakeside apartment in Vitznau with all the things you need when you're away from home. Judith was great about responding quickly to messages and left clear instructions in a nice book she put together for guests. Walking to the ferry station takes about 10 minutes and it's flat so it's easy to do even with luggage. It takes about an hour to get to Lucerne via the ferry but it's a nice scenic ride. Overall a great, quiet, place to stay with a really nice view and wonderful host. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Vitznau. Thanks, Judith!

Can’t recommend this place highly enough. The view is stunning, the location is phenomenal, the view is breathtaking. Nicolas is a great host and will make sure your stay goes smoothly. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely weekend stay at Carmen's place. The views were incredible and the house was everything we hoped for. Carmen was very responsive to all of our questions, big or small. We would absolutely stay again and are eager to plan another trip soon.

View is superb! The home has all the listed amenities - full kitchen, fireplace, dishes/glasses, etc. Access is ~200m walk from station, and is a bit steep (on the way back to station), which is a challenge with heavy bags; but the view from the house is worth it. The hosts are super friendly and guided with instructions and also helpful hiking options. Overall, I will highly recommend it.

We rented this beautiful farmhouse for our wedding guests with families, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with the rustic charm creating a peaceful and cozy environment. Our guests loved the spacious rooms, excellent amenities, and the stunning location surrounded by nature. The children especially enjoyed exploring the outdoors and playing in the garden. We were so happy that we got to stay here. The views are like no other. I only regret not booking it for longer. It's a nice little cozy spot. They sent us videos for check-in which was extremely helpful. Navigation took us right to the place. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. And there is even parking right outside of the unit. I'd recommend that you have a car since it is high up on the hill. The location provides the best views. I would highly recommend staying here. We were here for two days which definitely was not long enough.

We enjoyed the days in the hostel right on the lake very much. The excursion opportunities on foot, Rigi-Bahn, bus or by boat are great. We didn't need a car. From the very beginning we felt right at home and we recharged our batteries in the garden by the lake. We will be happy to come back. Thank you!

The location of the House and the Airbnb is just amazing. The view from the private terace is just insane. Pia and Willy were both super friendly and it felt like staying at a friends house. It is very private and at the same time you can walk quickly into the village, where you have everything. I hope we will have the chance to come back in summer.

Our stay at Judith and Adrian's in Vitznau will remain a memorable memory! Their apartment blends modernity and warmth. We felt at home there from the first moment. Every detail has been designed for comfort: complete amenities, organized spaces, and a beautiful brightness that makes the place even more spacious and welcoming than in the photos. The environment is a real bubble of serenity — absolute calm reigns, ideal for relaxing without being isolated. The strategic location (a short walk from the train station and the port) allowed us to explore the area without a car. Boat rides to Lucerne and cable car rides to the mountains were magical experiences with our 14-month-old baby by our side. Thanks again!
