Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Germantown, Nashville

Great location if you want to experience Nashville but want to be a little way from all the chaos of broadway. House was clean, had a lot of space and beds to accomodate my large party. Shuffleboard in the house is a pretty cool addition. Overall, really enjoyed my stay.

Best host ever! Thoughtful touches like ensuring there was coffee to start the day, candy to snack on, coffee table books and local guides, etc. Nathan was responsive, had on-site contacts in case of urgency, and gave us local recommendations. The place was spotless and very comfortable, the neighborhood felt very real and local. Nathan was very accommodating to our last minute changes and special requests, too. Great experience!

Hold My Halo was perfect for our girls trip. I loved the little touches such as pink robes and vanities in both rooms. The location was walkable/scooterable to Broadway. If you’re sensitive to light, bring an eye mask because the curtains let in the morning light in.

Mrs. Christy is the one the best Host IN NASHVILLE PEOPLE!!!!!!! Had a family emergency and she literally accommodated all my needs. Cleaning staff was punctual and pleasant also. Beautiful view and building. She will be getting future business from so do not leave Ms.Christy👀. The best stay I have had in a while. Thank you so so so much and can’t wait to work with you again.

The condo was very clean and easy to maintain. The host was very helpful and responded in a timely manner.

We went to Nashville for a girls trip. We originally booked another bnb through Avant Stay within German Town but, unfortunately there was a major maintenance issue at the original booked location. Upon landing at Nashville airport I received a prompt message that this had occurred and the host immediately gave me options for either a full refund or to be moved to another one of their air bnb properties. We decided to move to the other location within East Nashville. The host through Avant Stay was extremely helpful in arranging this last minute change and coordinated everything through air bnb in a timely manner. This could have derailed our entire trip but thanks to their efficiency we ended up having the best time. The alternate bnb was just as nice, if not nicer than the original booked location. Would definitely recommend booking through Avant Stay to anyone traveling to the Nashville area.

Very great location! Far enough from late night rowdiness but close enough to enjoy everything. Fun things very close no driving needed. Location was also very well kept and would recommend to all thinking about it and would book again!

Jeff was extremely responsive about check-in, check-out, and things to do in the area. He even helped us unload the car when we arrived! He provided a list of restaurants that were nearby. We went to a couple of them and all meet our expectations. The layout of the house was good because all bedrooms were upstairs and the family space and kitchen were downstairs. This made it easy for others to sleep and still hang out in the family areas.

Great place in a great neighborhood! We really enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

John is hands down one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever had! From the moment we booked, communication was easy and welcoming—but what truly set him apart was how he handled an unexpected situation. We missed our flight and had to adjust our plans last minute, and John went above and beyond to accommodate us without hesitation. Great stay! Walkable to much of East Nashville. Appreciated having an off street parking spot in the alley. The space was extremely clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend!

We had 9 girls for 3 nights and this place was perfect. The location is about a 7 minute drive to Broadway but there is plenty of things to see/do/eat/drinks within walking distance. Aaron was very helpful and a great communicator. I would def stay here again.

Great short stay. Just out of the crowded downtown but short uber rides we cheap

This was our second time staying at James's condo, and just as before it was a perfect location for our short trip in Nashville. The inside looks exactly like the photos, if not slightly better. It is roughly at 10-15min walk to Broadway, or a 10min walk in the opposite direction to some really nice restaurants in Germantown. Out the back windows is an incredible view of the river which makes for a quiet and peaceful way to wake up in the morning. apartment was incredibly clean and tidy when we arrived, and there was plenty of parking spaces out the front which was really handy. Overall it is an excellent choice if you're visiting Nashville that we would highly recommend to anyone.

Doing a great job with the location. Perfect distance from both Nisson Stadium and Broadway. Just a scooter ride from both! Definitely be returning.

I think one of the best things you can say about an Airbnb rental is that when you stayed there, you never needed to contact the host with issues or complaints. Liz's condo was exactly as described. Very comfortable, roomy for our party of four and a pleasant walk to the Nashville strip where we spent most of our time. The small balcony overlooking the Cumberland was a great place to relax and recharge. Even though we needed for nothing during our stay, Liz reminded us that she was ready to assist at any time. I heartily recommend this rental.

Had a great stay in Nashville at Amy’s place!! It had everything you need! The Airbnb was very cute and had enough space for our group to sleep and hang out! Close to Broadway and a Starbucks for your morning coffee. We enjoyed the Speakeasy that was in the building one night, very cool vibe! We didn’t have time to utilize the pool but looked nice! Amy wad always very responsive for all of our needs during our stay!

Amazing place to stay in Nashville. The unit is clean , beautiful , and has everything you could possibly need. The location is walking distance to Nissan Stadium and Broadway and also has great local restaurants. I will definitely book this again on my next trip to Nashville.

When we come to Nashville for concerts we always book with Katie for a night because it always feels like a nice lil get away. Katie's place is always clean, cozy and enjoyable to stay at! She is incredible responsive and always very kind! The condo we stayed at this time had a great balcony overlooking the river with chairs and a table we had complimentary coffee at in the morning before checkout and it was nice to watch the boats and relax. There's also all the amenities you need for a good stay. Katie's our favorite host to stay with and we will definitely be back when there's another show in town!

Nashville is such a lovely city. This condo, is walkable to most of it. The quiet when your return from an evening out is a bonus.
