Condo vacation rentals in German Colony, Jerusalem

Jonas manages a number of different apartments … all in the same building Some larger than others - not all are available at the same time. For a family some units have reinserted bedrooms and baths along with beds for two more. The normal units have one bath and sleeping area for two (with double twin beds) Great location - very price worthy if you are more than one person - kitchen, washer dryer etc…. I have stayed there in past years and plan to Donoso again in the future

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. All details were thought of and the place was centrally located and exceptionally clean. The host is responsive and the little shampoos and tea box were nice touches. The shower was hot and sitting out on the patio at night was a breath of fresh air and the a/c works amazing. The washer/dryer are also an added plus! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

As a host, Michael astounded us with his kindness and helpfulness. In a difficult time for his country, he went out of his way to make sure my family was well cared for. Thank you, Michael.

We stayed in Yael and Yoav’s apartment for 12 days and had the BEST stay!! We loved the beautiful furnishings and the modern well crafted design and the cleanliness of the apartment was 100%! Dealing with Yael and Yoav was so easy and nice and they responded to any question right away. We would love to stay in this apartment again on our next visit to Jerusalem! Some extra bonuses of this place: amazing balcony with an incredible view, walkable to almost all of Jerusalem, near cute shops, restaurants, coffee, night life, cultural spots, huge park across the street. But even better is that the apartment felt peaceful and quiet all the time. 100% recommend Yael and Yoavs home!

Just spent a wonderful two weeks at Michael's place in Jerusalem. The apartment was as described - modern, clean and spacious - with plenty of room for our group of seven. The apartment is located in a quiet, upmarket, residential area. The views over Jerusalem are stunning and the apartment is well located for both public transport and a variety of shops - supermarket and large shopping mall just a 5 minute walk away, and two fantastic bakeries across the road from the apartment. Emek Refaim, with its extensive array of restaurants, is a 10-15 minute walk. Finally, communications with Michael were very smooth and he was extremely accommodating as a host - configuring the apartment for our needs, dealing promptly with an air conditioning fault and allowing us a late checkout as we were leaving on an evening flight. No hesitations in recommending Michael's place if you are visiting Jerusalem.

Chaim’s place is comfortable and we loved sitting on the deck looking out over the hills surrounding Jerusalem. Place was clean and homey. Chaim is kind and extremely responsive especially when we had a misunderstanding on how the hot water works.

There is a bus stop right in front of the accommodation. If you walk for about 20 to 5 minutes, you can go to Mahaneyehuda Market or Ben Yehuda Street. It's in a residential area, so it's quiet enough for 5-6 people to stay. Highly recommend to others

We really enjoyed our stay in Pisgat Zev! The apartment was lovely and clean , with everything you need! The area is near central Jerusalem, and buses and tram line- so easy to get around! Nochum and Chana were very kind and helpful- especially as we had a problem with our rental car and they helped us to sort it out! We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to PG come again very soon! Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Although Elie was away on an emergency matter at the time of my stay, he made sure that his colleague contacted me before and during my stay to arrange everything and take care of any issues that arose.

This was an EXCELENT choice for us and our 2 daughters it was close to everything we wanted. Close to the old city, close to Ben Yehuda, close to the Shuk. The rooms were great, the beds we very comfortable, and the porch had a spectacular view. The building was very nice. and the host was easy to reach when and if we needed him ... would definitely recommend for short or longer stays

Jerusalem Rent and their staff were super communicative and helpful throughout the entire engagement - from booking to checkout. They offered to upgrade us from a 3BR to a 4BR as they noticed we had enough guests to justify the extra BR, and also arranged airport transfers. The place was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Location cannot be beat, parking on site, keyless entry, laundry machine in the unit - it worked perfectly for us (2 adults and 3 kids under 9). The building has its own indoor swimming pool which the kids loved, and the unit came with ample towels for both bathing and swimming. In the master bedroom, the mattresses and pillows could have been more comfortable. Also - the light switches... each room has a grid of 4 or 6 small squares that control the lights. They were not labeled, and I could not figure out how to turn off most of the lights. But these were minor issues. We loved our stay, and would happily come back to the same unit with Jerusalem Rent!

This is the second time we are staying with Lionel, this time we came to celebrate our son's wedding. Lionel is a gracious host. He knew the reason for us coming and waited to welcome us in person bringing with him a flower bouquet for me. He helped me with many local recommendations I asked about and is extremely responsive. The property is located by the beach to which you can conveniently walk to from the back gate. Few good restaurants / cafes in the area, small but sufficient supermarket next to the lobby and is a short drive from many major attractions. The property includes a designated parking spot which is very convenient. I highly recommend staying with Lionel.

Staying at Irene's place was comfortable and pleasing. Irene is so very nice and responsive. There was an issue with a water drip from the ceiling which could not be helped during our stay. Irene answered any questions we had and made sure to provide extra items we needed on short notice. Everything was as described. The neighborhood and neighbors are nice and the pool was a perfect addition. The location is great for getting around the Sharon area towns without too much traffic.

We had a fabulous experience with our stay in this apt. It is fully equipped with useful items for the beach and pool, and with supplies for children (baby bath tub, crib, bed rail, hi chair, infant bounce seat). This is a beautifully furnished and clean apt. Sarah and Elad were incredibly responsive and helpful.
