We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa. The property itself is spacious, with wide, open areas perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The outdoor space with the pool and the bar space upstairs (we didn’t use the bar but it is available if needed) were the highlight. Ebru, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive, always making sure we had everything we needed - friendly, attentive, and always available, she made our experience even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Natali, who assisted us throughout our stay! Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommended

Bodrum is an incredibly beautiful location for a holiday. We love Bodrum as a family. And I can definitely say that it was the most comfortable holiday we have had in Bodrum. The house was really just what it looked like in the photos, even more beautiful. We loved the sea view of the balcony. It was very enjoyable to meet in the view of the balcony on the morning. As mentioned on the site, it is quiet, calm and safe, walking down to the beach is not in a place like Bodrum. It was also a very big plus for us to get to the beach really easy and free. We also tried the restaurant in the compound; it was also very delicious. Some days we ate here without even needing to go out of the compound. The house was very clean (I can't stay in hotels because I'm a cleaning patient, so this part was very important to me). Everything we needed was available at home. We really enjoyed this period. The host was very caring and kind, helpful with everything. We will definitely be back.

House is exactly as described. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Rooms have air conditioning but the top floor terrace is a fantastic place to relax with a lovely breeze and a great view of the bay. The area is quiet and the house is in a gated compound with its own parking. We found really lovely places to eat and go for breakfast and evening meals very nearby. There are a few small convenience stores within walking distance to get bits. There is a bus service which was very close if you did not hire a car The area felt very safe. We really enjoyed staying at the house and glad we came to a quieter area but with easy access to busier places.

Eda is very friendly and she was quick to respond to messages. She was very caring. Her parents are very sweet people. They invited us to breakfast (the meal lacked bird milk). Her mother was very friendly. On the way back, they dropped us off at the airport for an affordable price. & Thank you for everything Located in the center of Bodrum and within walking distance to the taxi and bus station. We didn't have any difficulty with transportation.

Perfect house, perfect host, perfect location. Great experience. It felt like a luxury hotel suite experience in each of the different areas created in its own home, peace, huge garden. The host made the start and last best for us with an excellent warm welcome and incredibly flexible time when we left. Not only the house but also the surrounding factors are in incredible harmony and beauty. Maybe the school right next door might bother you if you're going on a weekend vacation but there was an invisible sound wall for me. The house's own magic is enough to suppress all this sound. Not a sound you'll have a problem with. If I had a 2nd vacation plan in Kos, I would still prefer the same house.

great location - we were unsure about where would be a good location in Bodrum, but this place was perfect walkable to all needed places like restaurants and beach and shops. Would highly recommend, very good price and very friendly host

Umut's house was a great find—comfortable, neat, very clean, and in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. We loved having a small market right next door run by a friendly old man who had everything we needed and was very convenient. The peaceful vibe and local feel were great. The only downside was that the house is a bit far from the marina, and taxis don’t pass by. We didn’t realise this before, and we didn’t have a car which was a bit hard, but that was our fault. Overall, we had a wonderful stay despite this small issue. Thank you so much Umut!!! :)

Staying at Niko's place was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. The location is perfect—close to everything yet feeling secluded and calm. Just a 5-minute walk, and you're in the centre of Kos, surrounded by cafes and restaurants, with a convenient market open till late nearby. The house itself is incredibly well-designed and well-built, with beautiful materials and finishes. The natural light fills the space, making it very relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need, and the bathroom features a fantastic open-layout shower. The backyard is also a highlight—well-designed, fully furnished, with an outdoor shower and sink. It’s a perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach before dinner. Finally, a big thanks to Niko for his excellent communication. He’s super friendly and professional. If you’re looking for the ideal spot in Kos, this is it. I’ll definitely be back next year. We stayed 4 nights during the Feast of the Sacrifice. First of all, Ms. Bahar was extremely caring and helpful. The house was just like in the photos; an old Greek house, blue shutters, a wonderful courtyard, a specially designed bathroom and kitchen… It was clean and had everything we needed. Staying in the center of Bodrum, which I dreamed of, walking on the beach in the morning, then having breakfast in the courtyard and easily going anywhere we want. In the evenings, it is a few steps away from the lively and fun nights in the bar street. We loved Bodrum more thanks to our stay. If I come to Bodrum again, the house I will stay in is obvious!

I was so lucky to find this place for 1 day, such a beautiful studio with an artistic touch, amazing private garden with lockable door was a bonus. Ali is very welcoming and helpful and check in was super easy. I just wish this listing was available for more days but definitely very recommend!

The house is in a great location, we ate every evening against the sunset view. It is very close to the sea by stairs from the house, the site is very organized people, there are no sunbeds problems even on the holiday, the sea mornings are a little wavy in the afternoon, but it is not cold to enter and the water temperature is not cold, the house is very nicely furnished, the house is very well furnished, the house is dusted because the house was left open for cleaning on the first day, although the house was cleaned on the first day, we wrote to Mr. Berke and he wrote it again, the house was a little old and small, the barbecue in the house was a bit old and small, we were very impressed with the veranda, we were very impressed with the veranda. What an amazing peaceful, safe place in the middle of Kos town. Fantastic amenities at home including a fully loaded snack basket and mineral water. George and Maria are amazingz warm, so humble as hosts and are always at hand to help with anything needed. The. balcony with the egg chair is so so comfy and a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a beer in the sun. We are vegetarians and there are shops nearby to get essentials and we loved the food at Mom's Restaurant right near the Hippocrates tree. Overall, so so glad that we chose this Air BnB, truly memorable and we will definitely come back here to stay at this feel at home Airbnb and meet the super lovely hosts George and Maria.

The place was very clean and exactly as shown on Airbnb. Husnu was a fantastic host and provided many helpful tips and suggestions. I would absolutely stay at his apartment in the in future and highly recommend. I made the dumb mistake of forgetting my cellphone in Bodrum. Husnu immediately shipped it to me in the United States.

First of all, we loved Ms. Fatoş. Wonderful host Caring and very attentive. Her house is very clean, with a large and well maintained garden, but also safe. The house has everything you might need There's even a lot more. The cats also bonus. We feel like we'll miss Leyla a lot, especially. Of course, the garden... Here is a garden that invites you to the wonderland. We are very sure that you will relax under the tree in the garden if your goal is to run and run every day and not go places, but if you really take a break. Of course, the neighborhood is also very close, walking distance when you want to go out. However, since the house is slightly above the neighborhood, we recommend that you come/rent it by car to go to the sea or grocery stores. In short, if you are looking for a very calm and peaceful house in the heart of Bitez, very close to everywhere, you can choose this place with peace of mind. We already miss it:)
