Seemingly as described. Despite the stairwell that was under renovation during our visit, the apartment is clean. Positive: - Restaurant and fast food nearby, skating rink and cinema 10 min walk away. - Comfortable bedding and linen provided, which is nice. I noted two negative points but they do not affect the stay too much: - sound insulation; it's an old building like all of Epinal, so you can easily hear the neighborhood and especially the water drainage. - the height of the switch for the living room LEDs; very pleasant as a light but if you measure less than 1m65 it is difficult to access. Personally, I found the sofa not very comfortable for watching a movie, but it didn't bother my wife. Otherwise everything else is great, the little QR code for the wifi is great, the booklet with the instructions and activities is nice to find. The welcome coffee/tea is really nice. In short, PLEASANT!

We spent 2 nights in Anthony's accommodation. The apartment was large and spacious, clean, tastefully furnished and decorated! We had our big dog with us and everything went really well. Well-equipped kitchen, just missing salt/pepper/oil... Otherwise perfect!

Very nice apartment with lots of shops and the lake right in the neighborhood. It was very well equipped with everything available we would ever need. Weather was mixed so everyone was happy to have a great place to stay inside. We would be glad to come back someday.

Our stay with Marie was very pleasant. We were received in a very friendly manner and felt right at home. With the fireplace in the living room, you can set up a very cozy atmosphere in the living room and the kitchen is super equipped. The highlight was the terrace, where you can sit undisturbed. We explored the surroundings during a small walk. A beautiful area for hiking enthusiasts. In summary, we can say: We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is very well equipped, functional and above all in a very good location. At over 900m above sea level with breathtaking views of both the lake and hilly nature and offering a panorama of spring colors. (In May ..). Hikes or walks are accessible according to all levels, Lac de Gérardmer and only a few km by car with a very varied restaurant nearby. We had a very pleasant stay, we recommend it. As every year we come for the Gérardmer festival and we are looking for accommodations close to the city and cinemas. The accommodation is very well located: a little away from the city but it remains within walking distance (about twenty minutes), be careful the climb is very steep by car as well as on foot as advertised. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the place is perfect for 4 people. Too bad linens are not provided by default, it's bigger luggage to provide. We'll be happy to go back!

Together with our children and grandchildren we had a wonderful time in the gite. The gite is very spacious and very well maintained, newly renovated. We can absolutely recommend it! It is very quietly located in a cul-de-sac street that opens onto the forest, which is super nice to take a walk or bike ride from the gite on foot. The presence of the pool, the trampoline and the swing were great. When the weather was bad, we enjoyed the cinema in the house. Carole, her husband and Alice, their daughter, were very welcoming. Thank you again very much Carole for this fantastic time!

There were seven of us (+ 2 children and 2 dogs) and we had a great time at Lionnel's! The house was cozy, had everything we needed, and was perfectly located for beautiful hikes right outside the door. Lionnel was super accessible and always helped quickly when we had questions – whether it was about the temperature in the house or tips for the area. We also found the small cinema in the house particularly cool – that was a highlight for the children (and us adults!). Overall a great stay – we will be happy to come back. Thanks for everything, Lionnel!
