We loved staying here! The property is beautiful, and access to the pool/hot tub and the beach was so nice for our family of 5. Parents traveling with a baby in a pack and play, it will fit perfectly in the master closet - fyi 🥰. Loved walking to Barrier Island Brewery and Fiddlers. Our kids took their scooters and both were super kid friendly. We got ice cream almost every night at The Cottage, which has a castle playground. Thank you for everything! Can’t wait to come back to Saint Simons .

I travel a lot and have stayed in many Airbnbs; Ed’s place is easily in my top 3. He was super responsive and accommodating, and the condo was immaculate. I’m a type-A clean freak and best friends with a flight attendant, so I know all the tricks to tell if a place is actually clean, not just surface clean. Ed’s place was spotless. The beds and linens were freshly laundered and incredibly comfortable. I was nervous about sand because of how close it is to the beach, but the floors were so clean I walked around barefoot the whole time. The layout worked perfectly for me and 3 others. The patio was a total highlight, relaxing and peaceful. And when people say “steps from the beach,” they usually exaggerate. Not here. It’s literally just a few steps away! The location is unbeatable. Ed could charge way more, but it’s clear he genuinely cares about giving guests a great experience. Thank you Ed and God continue to bless you, you helped make our Spring Break unforgettable!

Our stay was amazing! Close to everything, yet still felt private and secluded. Pat & Pam were very responsive. The place had everything we needed and then some! Having access to bikes was such a bonus! We will definitely be back for another stay the next time we are in the area! Super place and amazing hosts!

The stay was excellent. We did have to wait about 30 minutes after we got there for the cleaners to finish getting the condo ready for us. The view was great, the bed was very comfortable as well. My kids loved walking to the beach and picking up seashells. The only issue and it is very tiny was that the master bathroom shower curtain had a small amount of mold on it. When we checked out the cleaning lady was there and I informed her and she said she would get a replacement so the next person wouldn't see it. Overall, excellent stay, great views, quiet and peaceful with a comfy bed.

We had the best time at Debbie’s cozy cottage! It was the perfect spot for a sisters' getaway. It was peaceful, charming, and walkable to the beach and shops. Debbie was such a thoughtful and responsive host, offering local tips and helping us find a nearby place to rent bikes (which made exploring even more fun!) She made us feel so welcome, and we’d absolutely stay again!

My Ocean Getaway Yards from beach! Pets! Location!

Great home! You can tell Deborah goes to great lengths to make her place comfortable and homey. (Down to a handwritten welcome note, chocolates, soda, snacks, and wine!). Location is perfect, walking distance to beach and fabulous restaurants. During our stay there was an issue with the internet beyond her control and she went above and beyond to correct the issue and make sure we were compensated for the lack of internet. She was in constant contact and was so sweet in trying to make it up to us. Who needs internet when you are at such an incredible place! We look forward to coming back and booking with her again!

We had a wonderful week at Michael's condo on Tybee. Perfect location, quiet, easy access to beach and pools. Easy 30-minute drive to Savannah, we did two day-trips there to explore. The Deck was very convenient for great food. Michael's condo was spacious, inviting and clean. Two full bathrooms felt like a rare luxury! We are on a quest to visit all 50 states, Georgia was #26. So we likely will not be back anytime soon, but would recommend to friends and family. 10/10.

Matthew was very nice and responsive to inquiries that I had. The condo had cute decorations and the location for the beach was perfect. Matthew also gave great recommendations to local restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Tybee Island.

we truly enjoyed Melba's condo. The location was great. A few steps to the beach. And restaurants were right around the corner. It was very cozy. The only downside was the pool. it seemed to have black algae/mold. It didn't look safe to swim in. However, many people were. All in all it was great. Equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen. There wasn't any shampoo but that was not a deal breaker. Melba was very attentive and provided a great get away. I highly recommend.

We were traveling throughout the Sea Islands region and stopped in St. Mary's to take the ferry to Cumberland Island. Don's place was an unexpected treat!! Reviews are all excellent and spot-on, but we didn't realize how beautiful his property would be and how important it was to have creature comforts after a long day hiking. Everything was awesome!

Great little spot. Just a few blocks from the main strip of bars and restaurants. Small and humble, but efficient use of the space, so if you’re ok with the non-fancy, it’s the perfect spot. Great value. Will stay here again for sure if we come back to Tybee for another golf trip.

We arrived to an Easter basket full of goodies and a charcuterie platter because Renee, the property manager, everyone deserves an Easter basket on Easter. That was truly kind. The place is fantastic- bigger than pictures make it appear, light and sunny, meticulously clean, and well stocked for cooking. We loved gas grill! The backyard is super cool with a pergola covered in jasmine- smelled so good. Inside is super clean and fresh- everything painted and in great shape. Bed was comfortable. It is great to have the washer and dryer as well. We really got to know Renee, the manager, and that was great too. The whole island feeling is wonderful, and Banana Breeze and Renee engender that atmosphere.

Let me start with Madia was fantastic and very quick to respond. I would definitely visit this place again the condo was spacious and clean. Very quiet peaceful neighborhood and was close to many dining options. The condo is decorated wonderfully the beds are comfortable the linens are clean and comfortable. The living area was a great place for the family to come together and talk. I highly recommend this condo if you are visiting St Simmons.

Our family had an amazing stay at Jennifer's home! There were 8 of us plus two small dogs, and we never felt crowded at all. The living room felt so open and roomy and had an expansive marsh view. The decor was very tasteful and not overcrowded, which I really appreciated. It felt like someone's actual home and not just a vacation rental staged to remind you that you're at the beach. The teens/ young adults enjoyed having their own space downstairs with a kitchenette to keep snacks and drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor spaces - firepit on the marsh side and hammock tucked away in another part of the yard . The walk to the beach was very easy - a quick walk down to the end of the quiet street and then a trail through a wooded area down to East Beach which was gorgeous and uncrowded. This was maybe a 5 minute walk. We all really enjoyed the trail! My kids thought it seemed like a secret path through the forest. Overall, I would highly recommend Jennifer's home on SSI!

This Georgia Peach is a must stay. Our family of 10 had plenty of space to spread out or be together around the spacious table for games or meals. The pool in the backyard saved us as the ocean was cold and there was a sudden influx of jellyfish that washed ashore during our stay!

Carols place was great. It was extremely clean. The bathrooms were a little older but the paint was fresh. The facility was great. A nice pool and multiple jacuzzis. Very easy drive to many resturants.

We had a fantastic time at this condo. Laurel was a great host - we had no issues checking in or with any codes we were given for the front gate, beach gate, pool or beach. And she checked in with us multiple times to see if we needed anything. The condo is really clean and spacious and has a lot of extras like a laundry basket, hooks for beach towels, extra bath towels, games, and beach chairs. The outdoor pools are beautiful and the beach is stunning. We had a wonderful time and will stay there again next year.
