One of the most comfortable and stunningly beautiful places we have ever stayed at. From check in to check out everything ran smoothly and communication with Jenny was excellent. We would love to return one day!

A cozy place with an astonishing view of the bay. Instructions were very clear and the unit was spotless! Definitely worth the price. Could do with more lightning on the balcony.

I can't wait to return. The serene farm stay was perfect for a family break from the city's hustle and bustle. There was a sprawling lawn for the kids to enjoy themselves, and the crate of bats/balls, etc., was put to good use. It is eye-opening to see what the city kids are missing. The hike to the river was amazing, and not once did the kids have a chance to even think of saying they were tired, as nature kept them guessing around every corner. Linda was amazing from the initial communication post-booking until after checkout. Genuine farm hospitality!

My wife and I are well traveled. We've stayed in many 5-star hotels arround the world. Even so, this was one of our avourite accomodations ever. We cannot recommend hakuna matata enough. Dont even think twice.... you can feel the love when you walk through the door. The chelets are pristine and the view amazing. Just a wonderful vibe! Thank you Lustine and family for hosting us!

The sunsets, the stars, the grounds & amenities were just BEYOND BEAUTIFUL. We had our own little piece of heaven there. Maryna was very helpful & responsive to every request. I can't recommend Eagles Nest enough- just go see!

Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip to SA due to a medical emergency. We did have friends who stayed at Firewings and absolutely loved it. My son and his family also stayed there and also thought it was fabulous. The reports were so good that we plan to stay at Firewings next February (health permitting). John is a fabulous host. Nothing was too much trouble considering our change of plans and his response time was always swift. I could not recommend John or Firewings more highly.

Our stay in the river lodge was amazing! The weather was great so we could directly jump in the river for a swim every day! At the afternoon (high tide) the river is soooo damn beautiful! Blue color like the ocean and perfectly soft sand. The perfect place for a beach day. I spent like 5 hours in the water every single day. Moreover you can explore the river with the boats and kayaks from the lodge without any extra cost. What an amazing place to spend some nights! Will definitely come again one day! 🥰

Great stay in Wilderness at Marianne's well kept cottage. My wife, pup and I spent 4 great nights and had everything we needed. It's a quick hop into town and the unit was fantastic. Will definitely be back!

Nice place to stay when visiting George area. Family friendly and dog friendly. Estate is very neat and the unit is right across a general children’s play park within the estate. There is also an indoor braai, which is great! Overall a very pleasant experience. The unit is well located and it is easy to get in and out when doing day trips.

We had an amazing and peaceful stay. Ali made us feel right at home and welcome. The cottage is generously stocked and comfortable and spotless clean with attention to detail. Beautiful farm surroundings complete the picture of a memorable holiday. Thank you for your hospitality!

What a beautiful stay, tucked away amongst all the local farmers. Our whole party were able to comfortably sleep for the night before visiting Botlierskop early the next morning! Elmare is wonderful and really goes above and beyond to make your stay wonderful.

This is really a small house with all the things you need for a holiday in the mountains of Hoekwil. Walkable to the village centre. Nestled in the garden with a great sense of privacy and a view of the mountains through trees. We only spent a night on a stop-over, but I imagine it would be a great space for friends or a small family to hang out together.

I don't know where to start to explain the beauty of this place. Starting from the day we arrived,warm welcoming from the friendly staff. The place is clean. We are planning our next trip 😂😂soon. We didn't get enough of our stay. I am giving your place 100% without any doubt.

Great place to stay with friends and have an amazing time. The setting is unbeatable. The location of the home is perfect for local restaurants, shops and the beach as well as being right by the lagoon. Good job to Mandy and her team!
