La prédominance du bois et les grandes surfaces vitrées effacent les frontières entre l’intérieur et l’extérieur. L’abri est alimenté électriquement par des panneaux solaires et l’eau provient d’une source traversant le terrain.

Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

It is located in a small "hameau" and is on a quiet unpaved road. At the bottom of the hill flows La petite Creuse. The gîte is full of comforts and also a good base for hiking, cycling or motorbike tours. A 15-minute drive away, there is a swimming/recreational lake.
