Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. House is at the back of 20 acres! Has stocked pond for fishing or drink coffee on the front porch and watch whitetail deer in the yard! Fenced in backyard for pets and plenty of room for them to roam and pond for them to swim in. Has a big garage. 3.5 miles from the fair grounds, 4 miles from downtown Texarkana, 2.8 miles from cooper tire. Close enough to everything but relaxing and quieter then you can get in a neighborhood!

Loretta is always the best and this cabin, Gram's is absolutely wonderful. The decor takes me back to my childhood days with my grandma and it is just so comfortable. I highly recommend.

We have high expectations and are honestly very picky about cleanliness! Our expectations were far exceeded. Super duper clean inside and out, wonderfully comfortable beds, lovely decorations that were not over done. I think we could have eaten off the floor, the entire home was so clean! Kids got to pet the donkeys and see some new puppies. We watched a great family movie on Disney, nice big screen tv. Linens like new and plenty of them. Master bath has a big garden tub. Ice in freezer came in handy. Spacious floorplan & the entire home is in tip top shape & working order. Excellent country location, house is on a few acres at least and the land is cleared & backs up to forest. Deck is big and nice. Property is very private. Traveling with young children, we had not 1, but 2 small family emergencies that we requested their help with. They responded & came to our aid pronto. The owners: Truly the epitome of kind and gracious hosts. This was our second visit, but not our last!

I had a bad experience at a nearby hotel, and I needed a place to stay last minute. With the self check in option, it was easy to book. The AirBnB was ready almost instantly. My family of 5 was very comfortable. There was also amenities like a coffee maker, full kitchen, dishes, a plethora of clean towels, TVs in almost every room, and even a fire extinguisher. I’m thankful for the hospitality. I travel to Texarkana twice a year, and I’d definitely stay here again. Thanks Simon!
