Very good host. It clarified the entire check-in and registration procedure at the condominium. You've always been available for contact. The apartment is great, with all the amenities and everything working. It is on the ground floor, shade side and has large spaces, including bathrooms. Identical to photos. Great for going with kids. The condominium is excellent, with many leisure areas, safe, well located and with direct access to the beach. I recommend it.

Isa is a unique host! It makes it easy in every way for a peaceful and pleasant stay. The apartment very well decorated, makes us feel at home! Communication with Isa and his mother is immensely facilitated and all things are very clear. The apartment is way beyond what the pictures show. Great location!!

It's a nice apartment, like in the photos. Walking distance from the beach and most restaurants. There is no A/C in the living room, but I found the fan was enough. Although in the house rules it says that you are supposed to pay for the electricity consumed and Jonas does actually measure it, it's just a deterrent term; he will not ask you to pay as long as you make reasonable use.

I am a person who travels a lot but I have never been to a place where I have been so well treated and cared for as the lodging of Marisia. Perfect location in christmas , super reliable apartment, cozy, clean, and outside the view that is surreal on the 25 floor . It was my first time at Christmas and I hope to come back many times. Property delivers what it promises. Very clean and organized. New and cozy. It's on the second floor (2 flights of stairs). Complete, ideal for those who prefer to prepare their own meals (it even has a pressure cooker - lol). Family atmosphere, quiet and with a complete leisure area. Close to shops and restaurants. Carlos, the host, welcomed us very well on site and answered all the questions we had, with great agility and attention. I recommend the place!!

The rental was worth it; the beach is beautiful, the sunrise is a spectacle seen from the chalet!

Márcia is a wonderful host, answers fast and is always available to answer any questions. Accommodation is very consistent with the description and photos, the location is very good. The house utensils are really good, just missing a couscous tree it didn't have. The only bad thing is the concierge, even registering them all the time asking to identify themselves in the pedestrian passage and it takes a while to open. Tirando that, everything was perfect and worth a lot of apena.

The house is very good, the location is great as it is very close to the beach. The only downside is the shared washing machine, which has business hours.

Location and spectacular view, internal and external space of the TOP accommodation, with barbecue on the balcony overlooking the Moro do Bald, and beach, very beautiful, sorry that the beach in front was done dredging, and the sand is thick with remains of the bottom of the sea, and the sea with a very strong and dangerous wave, but we went every day to beaches nearby, very good, we didn't miss a day, and there we took the place, we walked, and went through... recommend it.

I had a great stay in Arituba Tropical - Praia de Camurupim is a condominium in Nísia Floresta, From check-in to check-out, I was very well served by the team, always attentive and helpful. It was all clean, comfortable and well equipped, providing a peaceful night of rest. Only the part that operated like a restaurant, in the pool area that is deactivated, is a little abandoned only that part. Nothing much more, I loved the place anyway . The location was also a positive point, facilitating my access to sights, restaurants, the nearby lagoons mainly, are perfect. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to those who seek [comfort, good service, tranquility ( mainly) and also those who go with children. Thank you to the whole team for a great experience!

I loved the apartment and the location. Ap has everything you need to spend the holidays and the location is great. The condominium is very quiet and the staff are very attentive. It would be nice if there was a net in front of the Ap. Very good and we will be back for sure. Carlos and Adriana.
