I recommend it! Apto very well located and with a beautiful view of the black beach and the hill of the bald. Easy access on foot to the beach, beach, market, pharmacy and restaurants. It is an excellent option for you are without or with a car. The apartment has 2 suites and sleeps 2 comfortably. It also has Smart TV and quality wifi. For those with pet, it is possible to stroll around the building, it is very quiet.

We arrived at the apartment at dawn, and were very well received in the building's guardhouse, we entered the apartment with tranquility. Everything very practical and organized! I loved the cleaning and organization of the apartment. The leisure area of the building is wonderful! And the location very good tbm.. we eat at “Sabor da Rosinha”, we love it!

Actually there was almost no contact, first because Olímpio itself already sends instructions that are very clear by whats, according to the fact that it is "self check-in" at any time. It's simple: just wait for the day and arrive at the front desk saying it's there for check-in. Limpeza, AP, Vista; impeccable accommodation.

Eitaaa that wonderful home. I stayed with the whole family. Marília is a very considerate host. The residence was clean, bedrooms with linen, clean bathrooms, all household utensils are easy to access for use. And with very whim the homemaker came every day to clean the pool. The taste was to stay more days in the house. It was worth our location very much.

The house is wonderful, much more beautiful than the pictures show. The three private ground-floor en-suites in an intimate area, airy rooms with high ceilings, spacious bathrooms. The TV room, combined with the airy dining room, the sofas are right in the breeze coming from the sea, very pleasant. The living spaces are beautiful and pleasant. The pool area is a distinguishing feature of the house. A spacious table in the barbecue and pizza oven environment, which is combined with the pool. Excellent! The location is very good, right on the sand. The sea is wonderful, depending on the day and time the sea becomes a swimming pool, very good for children, adults and the elderly, who could enjoy the sea, which was wonderful. The highlight, what most differentiates and enhances the stay are the caretakers Haroldo and Josi, who made a hotel breakfast, left the house impeccable, helpful, polite, friendly. We stayed in the privacy of a home, with the comfort and convenience of a resort.

If you're looking for a cozy, private, quiet environment for you to feel at home, this is the perfect place! Kelps was very attentive during our stay, I liked it so much that I ended up extending our stay in Natal for another day. In the photos the house is already wonderful, personally it surprises even more! I'm in love and sure when we get back to Christmas, this will be my first choice!

The host is helpful and generous, he made our stay easier from the beginning, I can only thank him! The house has a beautiful sea view, is spacious and very well maintained, the decor is in very good taste, with inspirational items and art. It has 6 en-suites, with comfortable beds, linens and clean, fragrant towels. New air-conditioners in great working order. The living room has a state-of-the-art TV, and well-planned furniture. The kitchen is an Upgrade in the stay. All appliances work perfectly, with good space for cooking, and a pantry to easily store the groceries we bring. The pool is a spectacle, very good! The local security and the structure of the house are admirable. We felt very safe. There is a person to organize the common space of the house, which in this case gave us comfort and time to enjoy our time even more. And how could I fail to mention Rosi, our host, she is a sweetheart of a person. Happy!

The area is full of restaurants, has several options for breakfast and well policed. Iza is a lovely person and was super attentive with us.
