Victoria was very kind and very flexible with entry. I asked her to advance her income due to change of plans and she always collaborated and showed herself predisposed. Also, the apartment is very nice and comfortable. It is located in a very quiet area and with many places to do things. I highly recommend it, I would definitely come back:)

Stayed in this apartment for a month and loved my time here. Spacious balcony with a great view and a stunning 360 view of the city at the rooftop. Location is perfect. I had another excellent stay at Silvina's place. She and her team are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment as well as the one next to it. It's a great location in Palermo Soho with everything you need to feel right at home.

The location of the apartment is perfect for easy walking through Palermo for shopping and restaurants. The EcoPark and Parque 3de Febrero are also easily walkable. Such a spectacular area! The apartment has everything you need for basic cooking, and the bed is super comfortable. Best of all is the spa bath on the roof top!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment and host to one and all.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sofia’s apartment. The building and apartment are extremely secure and quiet, and in a great part of town. The apartment has everything you need for a nice trip to Buenos Aires. We enjoyed the balcony immensely too. It was quiet (for a city) so we didn’t have any problems sleeping or resting when needed. The neighborhood had plenty of great restaurants. (A particular shout out goes to Hierro.) The city itself is huge, but we walked as much as we could. Many of the sights are walkable, but we eventually needed Uber for the rest of town. Sofia and Bianca were great with communication and the check in/out process. We had some unique scheduling, and they were more than happy to work with us. Thanks for everything!

The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped for a long term stay. It has a great outdoor area, which we enjoyed very much. It's located on the border of Palermo and Villa Crespo, which is perfect! close to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Very safe area. Marion and Daniel were truly wonderful hosts, very warm and considerate, checking in every now and then in case we needed anything. Marion also treated us with some brought homemade Christmas sweets, which was a very nice touch. We would definitely stay again when next time in Buenos Aires.

We had a fantastic 2-week stay in Palermo! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, tidy, and very practical for our needs. It had everything we needed and was great value for the location. Communication was smooth throughout, and the whole experience was hassle-free. Highly recommended!

guillermo's house is as shown in the photos, it is very spacious and pleasant, it has many bedrooms and 3 with private bathrooms. There are many bathrooms in the house. The garden area is very much enjoyed with the pool, the gallery and the trees. We had a wonderful time with the family, we rest a lot. The place is safe, quiet and the neighborhood is beautiful for walking or cycling. It has leafy vegetation which makes it very pleasant. I will miss that good energy that nature gives. Guillermo was attentive at all times we need him and he was quick to respond to our call even though he was on his vacation. he is very nice and helpful. thank you very much Guillermo. We'll be back!!!

Great hosting option! Well-located apartment, close to grocery stores, bakeries and pharmacies. The place is well equipped, clean and very comfortable — ideal for groups of up to four people.

Marcos was a fantastic host and the apartment was exactly what we needed. We didn’t spend much time there as we explored a lot, but when we did it was very comfortable. The rooftop pool was very nice and has great views of the city. There is also a gym and sauna should you want to use those facilities. There are laundry facilities in the basement of the building. The apartment was perfectly located in Palermo Hollywood with everything you need just minutes away. The neighbourhood is beautiful with many restaurants and cafes along with very friendly people. Marcos was full of recommendations and always available to answer questions we had. I would recommend anyone wanting to stay in Buenos Aires to stay here :) thank you again Marcos for a memorable stay!

Tomas is a welcoming host, communicative, helpful. Super nice guy. And this apartment was an ideal place to stay for our family of 4. It's a modern apartment with excellent water pressure, strong air conditioning, and other amenities. We prepared simple meals in the kitchen, which was convenient. The location is superb. Lots of great restaurants nearby and it was close to the parks that we came to Buenos Aires to enjoy. This is our second trip to Buenos Aires and so we have an informed opinion and I can say that this is solid choice!

This place has a lot of charm, the bed is comfortable, great area to work at the dining table for two people. The internet is a little temperamental for two people working at the same time on VPNs. We found the kitchen very hard to cook in, two people can definitely not fit at the same time and the bathroom is equally as small. For a short stay it has all you need. It’s missing a microwave. The laundry downstairs made our clothes smell when washing, make sure to put the powder detergent inside the wash. The access to building is easy with a key FOB. The Palermo area is the best with soooo many restaurants and coffee places (viva cafe) two blocks away is the best in BA besides Kopi cafe, they make an in house coconut milk for creamy lattes. The neighborhood is super safe and very walkable!

Everything was as offered, kindness and good attitude from the host. Quiet building, ideal area. Undoubtedly highly recommended.

Great apartment and location. The only thing at the time when I rented the neighboring building was under construction and the noise started from 9 am. You need to take this into account. But the apartment is very good, the hosts are super responsive and help solve all problems. Check out is at 12 o'clock. At check-in, they allowed me to bring things in. That's really cool
