A great place to stay in Palermo. On Santa Fe with very good accessibility to all means of transportation. The beds were very comfortable and almost no outside noise was heard. The kitchen is suitable for cooking. Easy access and the host is very attentive and quick to respond. An excellent option for staying in Palermo.

This place was just perfect for our needs. If you are traveling with children or just a group of friends, this has something for all sorts. Well located near excellent restaurants but also stacked with amenities if you just wanted to stay home and BBQ. Such a great find!!

Edward's apt was an excellent choice for the location, close to Palermo metro station, with ease of other means of transport. There is a very close shopping mall where you can take the bus for a city tour, which made it easy to get to know the main sights of Buenos Aires. In addition there are good restaurants in the area. We felt like a safe walking area. Edward paid close attention.

I stayed in Buenos Aires for about 5 days, I looked for an Airbnb because it was financially more viable than the traditional hotel and I was delighted. Lucas' Airbnb is amazing: as for the apartment, it is very clean, safe (lobby with 24-hour doorman), clean bed linen, there are all kinds of electronics (hairdryer, microwave, refrigerator, iron and the essential adapters for outlets). The apartment's panoramic view is amazing!!!! As for the location, we managed to do almost everything on foot, except for very long tourist attractions. There are wonderful cafes near the Airbnb (vive café - 1km), there are many restaurants, including Don julio itself (we went on foot, on the way we stopped at another great cafe - full city coffee). I was amazed, I would definitely stay again if I came back. The only negative point (for me, as I am a light sleeper) is that there are many clubs nearby and a sound (not very loud) bothered me a little. Otherwise, perfect! We loved it too much!

Everything was excellent, from check-in to checkout. The instructions were super clear, and communication with Inês was great — always very prompt and quick to answer my questions. The apartment is super complete and well thought out: there is a blackboard with several tips for places to eat and visit in the neighborhood, which was a differential. The location is great, with everything nearby: markets, restaurants, cafes and transportation. The bed is amazing — very large, with a super comfortable mattress. The bathroom also deserves to be highlighted: it has an excellent shower and a bathtub perfect for relaxing. The view is wonderful, and the space also has an office desk with a super comfortable chair, ideal for those who need to work during the stay. In addition, the building has a swimming pool and a very well equipped gym. I highly recommend the accommodation and would definitely return!

Apartment in a privileged and safe area. Nearby park, river, jogging or biking trails, and very good restaurants and cafes less than a block away. The building is also safe, with a receptionist day and night, a security key to enter the building and to take the elevator or enter common areas. It has a very complete gym, and from there a tremendous view. The apartment complies with every detail of the listing, the desk is appreciated for those of us who work remotely. Despite being 1 room, it is spacious and private. Host Cinthia is very attentive, responds instantly and in a very respectful and courteous manner. A very good experience to recommend.

Second stay at Francisco's and everything was perfect: he took into account my suggestions following my previous trip. The apartment is very good, the perfect location (metro station less than 500 meters away and which leads to the center of Buenos Aires). I would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay again.

The accommodation was perfect and is exactly as shown in the photos and in the listing. From the first moment Laura was super attentive and helpful. It's very easy to check in and out. The apartment is small but has everything you need for two people. The building is super well maintained and clean, with security all day. It has a swimming pool, garden and gym. We didn't use the pool because it was cool, but I was able to use the gym and it's small, but it meets what you'd expect. Very good stay, we would have liked to take more advantage of the space since we were in a hurry from one side to the other, but when we were there we were great. The area has a few specialty cafes nearby and brunch places. Excellent and I highly recommend it. I'd like to stay there again when I'm visiting the city

What a wonderful place to stay. Clean and modern with everything I needed. I Wasn’t sure about having to go to another location to get the key, but it’s round the corner and my taxi driver was friendly so didn’t mind. Host was responsive and helpful with my questions. Loved it! Such a cool spot, close to nice cafes and shops.
