The apartment has three bedrooms, one with a 150-cm bed, the second bedroom with two 90-cm single beds, and the third with a 250-cm bed and another 205-cm bed. Bedroom 3 will be opened when the reservation is for more than 4 people. Bedroom 3 will only be enabled when the reservation is for more than 4 people. If you want to use it and there are fewer people, there is a surcharge of €20/night. All bedrooms feature hot/cold air conditioning. It has two full bathrooms. Two bedrooms have independent exit to the quiet and relaxed terrace. The necessary rooms will be enabled according to the number of guests. For reservations of 4 or fewer guests, only two bedrooms, 1 and 2, will be available. The kitchen is fully equipped: washing machine, microwave, Nespresso, Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Hair dryer in bathroom. Crib and bath available if requested. View to the cornice of the aljarafe, being usual to see two pairs of eagles causeways. No areas are shared. The entire apartment is available for our guests. Visits are not allowed. There is a security camera outside.

Beautiful Penthouse located in the center of Seville. It has two floors, with large terraces and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the city. A light and large apt over two floors with large terrace and mirador. Located on the top floor of a beautiful c19th building, restaured by the owner architect. The apt has a private gallery entrance and on the first floor there are two bedrooms with high quality double beds, a lovely sitting room with wood burning stove, a library of interesting books and a piano. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower-over-bath and shower cubicle. On the second floor we find a lovely kitchen with original tiled flooring, a pantry, washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower unit. The kitchen opens out onto a conservatory with sofa, dining table and chairs and onto a terrace with views over the city and the nearby Barroque church of San luis de las franceses. The penthouse has wifi, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and woodburning stove. Restaured 5 years ago.
