A very quiet house with beautiful backyard! Highly recommend if travel to Dusseldorf

Top communication, uncomplicated interaction - great!

The place was as described, clean and offered enough space for 8 guests. The communication went smoothly, Eugen always responded quickly, provided all the important information and also actively asked if everything was OK. Parking is available right around the corner and free of charge. Unfortunately, the apartment is not located directly in Korschenbroich and was therefore further away from the train station than hoped. But thanks to driving services/taxis, you can still reach Düsseldorf super fast, probably even faster and cheaper than by S-Bahn. For a group of eight, I definitely made the right choice with the apartment "Paris."

From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and at ease. Your warm hospitality, attention to detail, and understanding nature made our experience unforgettable. Staying in such a remarkable architectural monument was a privilege, and sharing that experience with my family made it even more special. Everything is great! Only if you arrive at night should you have a light source with you because the numbers at the lock are difficult to see.

Sandra and Thorsten were more than just hosts, very kind and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay there. Whenevery I asked a question or there was a problem, they would answer in 10 minutes and do something about it. Very responsive, for example the toaster was broken and they ordered a new one in 10 minutes and I had it by tomorrow. Everything you need is in the flat: many towels, good toilete paper and towel paper quality. Enough dishes and equipment to cook. There is even a coffee machine. Also there is a big Aldi in 15 minute walk where you can find everything. There are enough buses and also tram U35 to get you everywhere in the city. I stayed 6 days to attend a workshop in Ruhr Uni and the location of their flat was perfect for me. Every morning I took a 30-min walk across the park which was very refreshing and joyful, and on my way back I could buy whatever I needed from Aldi. Just remember to ventilate the place everyday for having a perfect experience.

Beautiful old building apartment in a quiet but central location. Comfortably furnished with a personal touch. Particularly comfortable bed, sufficient storage space, enough towels, dishwasher tabs, etc. Also really suitable for longer stays. We felt very comfortable!
