This was a perfect place to stay for our family with 3 children. The private (massive) garden was exactly what we needed to ensure our kids could still play without having to be too quiet, such as it is in most apartments. There were plenty of toys and a playground as a bonus. The host was wonderful and friendly, always checking on our needs and responding to our requests. One minor issue is that the kitchen doesn't have hot water so you need to get warm water from the bathroom for doing dishes. For staying in the summer, this place is ideal and we'd happily go back!

The apartment was perfect for us as a group of 7 friends for a relaxing weekend. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and in great condition. It is wonderfully quiet and you are quickly on the canal for nice walks. Martina answered our questions quickly, we highly recommend the apartment!

We felt very comfortable in the small apartment in a very quiet location of a residential area. The small forest nearby was very good for walking the dog. The parking spot was right in front of the house. Communication with Florian worked out very well and all questions were answered quickly. What was partially missing in the apartment was immediately provided to us with explanation and apology. That was very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and the couch cozy. We slept excellently. The kitchen had everything we needed. Shopping was a 3-minute drive away. The small garden with terrace is perfect for stepping outside in the morning. In summer, I imagine that to be very pleasant. We were very happy with the place.

We felt very comfortable with Patricia and had a very relaxing time in Bochum. The house is as described, very spacious and cozy. The communication with the host was impeccable and very friendly. We were completely satisfied, especially the many bathrooms and toilets made the stay with 6 girls very easy!

A great clean place where we had enough space for a weekend with two families. We also particularly liked the pool!

I stayed at Thomas place for a week during a combined business / family visit. The place is unique, very lovely in a private neighbourhood. It is spacious and well equipped. Thomas was super friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay and made me feel at home from the first minute. Solingen is close to highways to locations like Dusseldorf, Cologne or Dortmund, all of which is reachable within an hours drive. If you are looking for something exceptional, give it a try.

It was just beautiful! We lacked nothing, and we ended up living there for three months! Once we didn't have any baking paper, I asked if they could help us. What could you and the next day we had a whole pack lying in front of the door. Really attentive. This and many other friendly gestures really made this stay a second home. It is also super child-friendly. What can I say, if we didn't live in the neighborhood, we would definitely come back 😉

The cottage is surrounded by greenery and yet is very well connected to the city by bus. We felt very comfortable. Everything was super clean, very well maintained and lovingly furnished. Our daughter particularly liked the foosball in the living room. Jens greeted us right upon arrival and gave us valuable tips for restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend this place!

Tiny house with everything you need. Especially the kitchen utensils were great (new and high quality). The washing machine (with integrated dryer) was great. For more than a few days, the house would be too small and not private enough for us. The location of the terrace on the (after all very quiet) street, without greenery and vis a vis with the landlords was not so attractive. Under the roof, it can get very warm in the summer.

I had very good stay. Pretty house, warm host, beautiful garden, everything is awesome.

Gaby was welcoming us and left fruit baskets in each room. We had fun snacking on those. Each room was very nice and comfortable. We had a wonderful time. My favorite was to watch the milky way through the window above our bed when the sky was clear. So beautiful.

we had a wonderful weekend in Barbara's accommodation! Good bidding to Dusseldorf. The spaces were spacious with lots of privacy! Also the communication with Barbara was excellent, quick and friendly response. We will definitely come back!

We spent 2 weeks in Frank’s house. Every room is big as the photo.Shower room is big and very clean.Frank and Anja take care of the house and the garden very neatly. We left in a hurry and clean the house try our best.I’d like to live here again.

First of all, the reception was super pleasant and hassle-free, very, very nice people! The place was really great! Everything exactly as you imagined, very clean, great furnishings, a pure oasis of well-being. Every cent for this place was really worth it! We would love to come back and recommend it to everyone! Big place with three separate bedrooms and very clean. Great bathroom and shower, kitchen has anything you need. TV is very easy to cast to when on the same WiFi. One bedroom is accessible through another, the floor downstairs is very squeaky and the lamp above the table isn't working - but those are the biggest - we could find. Really liked it!

This is Tim's apartment. It's very intimate because of that. Super clean. Nicely furnished with plenty of space. No free cabinets for your own clothes. We were only there because of the apartment with 2 toilets and three bedrooms in Bottrop. Industrial culture is great, but you have to drive a lot.

A wonderful stay! The place was very clean, stylishly furnished and has everything you need. The area is very quiet and everything is within walking distance and quick to reach (shopping, train, etc.). Communication with Barbara was warm, accommodating and she was always available. If we are near Düsseldorf again, we will definitely stay here again :)

The place was super equipped - beyond the norm. You really noticed that someone put a lot of love and work into this. We felt very comfortable. The surroundings offer great hikes and the places in the surroundings are also worth a visit. 10/10 would book again and again!

We were very satisfied and the communication with Nina was really great. The old town is within walking distance and we ate well there. There are many different restaurants and cafes.
