It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

Little cozy house located in a noise-free natural countyside area. Peaceful place to stay for the family or couples. By car: Hévíz - 10 minutes, Balaton - 14 minutes and Keszthely - 13 minutes. Everything you need to have a relaxed time with a breezy terrace and well equipped kitchen. There is an outdoor kitchen as well with old-school oven and dining area or the garden barbecue with your friends. Apartmanházunkat Balatonudvarin építettük 2025-ben. Ideális pihenéshez, de a Balaton főbb látványosságai is elérhetőek, akár biciklivel, akár autóval, vagy vonattal, így a nyüzsiről sem kell lemondani. A település strandja minden igényt kielégítő; partszakasz gyermekeknek, óriási játszótér, strandfoci, röplabda, vízibicikli, csónak, SUP bérlés. A ház a strandtól 200 méterre van. Nem kell a gumimatracot begyömöszölni az autóba :) és nem kell a parkolóhelyekért sem közelharcot vívni.

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
