Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Gelemiş

This house is beautiful. The garden and pool are well kept and clean. The house is also very clean with lots of communal space and private spaces if people need some quiet time. The location is good, on a Dolmus route and with a taxi button just outside. The road is noisy but the plot is completely private and we got used to the noise so it wasn't a problem for us. There is a lovely pizza place 2 mins walk away and plenty of shops and restaurants 10 mins walk away. The host is very helpful and responsive. We had a lovely stay - we did scuba diving, visited Kayakoy, Calis Beach and Butterfly Valley via the water taxi and shuttle boat service - you don't always need to book the day long trips. We enjoyed going out for the morning, relaxing back at the villa in the afternoon and going out again in the evening. We had a lovely holiday. Thank you.

Everything was very nice. It was a pristine house, everything smelled clean. All the amenities were good. There were all kinds of materials for the kitchen. Almost everything about the house was perfect. Only the 2nd day of our stay, the house was flooded due to heavy rainfall. But the house was quickly cleaned, and the wet items were replaced with new ones. The couple who came to clean was very sweet. We would have expected an apology from the host about this situation. She was still helpful and we were able to reach her every time we called, which we were satisfied with.

Extremely atmospheric place. Very good starting point to explore the area. There are good restaurants nearby. A place where you can relax, not far from the sea, much quieter than on the coast. The kids loved the cats the most.

This house, where we stayed for a long time, was very peaceful and calm. Mr. Levent was very helpful to us and responded quickly to our questions. We had a very pleasant time where we will extend our holiday even further if we could. Thanks again for everything.

We liked the house, it is beautiful, authentic, there are many bright details of pleasant eyes. There are air conditioning in the bedrooms, which saved a lot of time in the heat, as well as air conditioning in the living room, where we also spent a lot of time, the appliances that were used were working (washing machine, kettle, etc.), but upon arrival there was a smell of antiquity, which weathered overnight. Only one normally functioning shower, there were four of us, so we did not have to wait for a long time. There is an observation deck nearby, literally a 30 minute walk. Beautiful view from the terrace to the mountain and the city. It is necessary to take into account the fact that it is difficult to get to it from the city without a car and when they ordered food to the house, all couriers could not find it immediately, so be prepared that you will have to communicate with them, and not always in English. There were no problems with check-in and check-out. In general, it's a pleasant feeling like a childhood that I came to visit my grandmother in the village. Thanks for the hospitality!

Hayam Evi was the perfect base for our off-season holiday in Kalkan. The house is exceptionally well equipped and we felt at home immediately. We particularly liked the rooftop terrace for soaking up some spring sunshine and were visited there by some intrepid local cats. My son loved the fact we were so close to the beach and several times a day marched down in his wetsuit for a chilly dip! We went out everyday to visit local archaeological sites and walk some of the Lycian Way and it was wonderful to come back to the cosiness of the house. Thanks Deborah. We'll be back!

We had a truly wonderful week at Sage House. Superb location with breathtaking views from the lovely terrace, gorgeous little house, beautifully decorated. Olivia and Süha were fantastic hosts - they even took us to the annual 11km walk celebrating Patara villager’s nomadic past, and we walked with locals through stunning scenery accompanied by musicians, dancers, horses sheep and camels! Patara village and the beach are just as unspoiled as they were when I used to visit in the 90s. Will definitely be back again soon!

Everything was great. Aydın just lived downstairs and was very helpful. Whenever we had a question or needed some help or support, he was always there to help andanswer our questions. Definitely recommend it!

This is our second visit and we highly recommend it. Great hosts friendly cat who visited daily. Perfect terrace for sunbathing watching the sun go down and having BBQ. If you enjoy relaxing and sunbathing this is the place for you.

I wanted a place that was calm,quiet but also close to the sea. The place was definitely the place I wanted. Since we went with our own vehicle, it was very simple to go to shopping places, beaches, Kalkan. The house was very clean, thank you very much about this, also thank you very much for this. We would have had a mosquito problem during our holidays in the future, but this year we did not have it and it was very nice. The items in the house were sufficient and clean. It was a subtle behavior that they had detergent for the dishwasher. We had a very enjoyable holiday for 10 days. We would definitely come back if we wanted to have a holiday again.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Melek for her very quick communication. We were guests as 2 families. We were greeted by her parents and we really felt at home:) There was a large environment where they would move comfortably, especially for our young children, both inside the house and in the garden of the house. In summary, the cleaning order was very good, thank you very much for your efforts:)

Very nice place , wonderful sea view in the balcony , close to the center

The apartment is in a great location, 5 minutes walk from the centre of Kas and not too high into the hill to make the walk hard, but high enough that the view from the balcony is outstanding. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. The living room was comfortable and a good place to hang out in, as the weather during our stay was a bit cold. We would definitely return if we visit Kas again.

This is the first time we've arranged a place through the app. Mr. Şaban is a very good host, I have not seen such a clean hotel/apartment in my life. Everything is also great. There is everything you may need at home. Öludeniz is close to Fethiye center, beaches, etc. It is very nice in terms of location, do not relax. The children were very happy, they did not want to leave the pool at all. The weather is very nice in the evenings, there was no overwhelming weather. You can sit and have your tea and coffee in the evenings by the pool for a long time.

everything was as it was said, the house was a little far from the sea (7 km ), but it was well far away, the house was blowing during the day and evening because it was staying above, we could not sit so comfortably on the beach side due to the heat. we are very satisfied with the house, everything has been considered. We will contact Mr. Emin again next time.

We had a very nice week at this villa. Check-in was earlier than indicated by appointment. That was perfect for us. Serkan made it fit. We were also honestly committed to our satisfaction. The villa is a dream! The view will be priceless. The rooms were clean. From all rooms you have a beautiful view of the sea. Large floor depth double windows. You can walk down from the property to a small secluded bay. The home is quite secluded. We often drove to Kaputaș Beach. A dream of a bay. We are lucky and came across a good restaurant where we either took food to the beach or on our way home... Asir Restaurant. Highly recommended. is on the way to Kaputaș Beach or Patara Beach.. price performance great for the great quality you get. We would like to thank serkan and wish him all the best! Thank you:)

Beautiful place. Little paradise between 2 historical towns. Very safe

Highly recommend, Tarkan and his parents were very welcoming and made it feel like our home for the week! The house is equipped with everything you need for a 1-2 week holiday and located in quite gated area just a short drive to Kaş. The communication with Tarkan was super easy, he even brought us some fresh fruits and vegetables from his garden! Like a home away from home. All our requests were fullfilled within minutes, if we needed an extra towel or whatever. Its also noteworthy that the host speaks fluent turkish, english and german.

Right from the time we first contacted Derek a year ago, Derek has always been very quick in responding to any questions we had. The Villa was perfect for our party of 8, nice and quiet, very big and ideal with the two kitchens. The villa is up quite a steep hill, however taxi button directly outside and very reasonably priced to get to local amenities. Derek was on hand whenever you needed him and dealt with any concerns we had immediately. We would not hesitate to recommend these Villas to anyone looking for an affordable self catering/Villa holiday to a beautiful area of Turkey.

Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!

A peaceful immaculate villa with a magnificent view. Everything was perfect. I would like to thank Mr. Tolga for his approach, attitude and help with everything. If I'm on my way, I'd love to stay again.
