We loved this little house with our private terrace! The owner always asked if we need anything else, he was very helpful and friendly ! Kitchen is fully equipped. Our children loved the toasty maker, so they could have melted cheese sandwiches every day! The best sandy beach is only about 10 min drive, but we also used the local sandy beach 1 min walk away. The beaches around generally quiet shallow, so is good for children. Our favourite Gira place just 1 min walk away, you need to turn left after exiting the house and go straight towards the beach , is on the right hand side, and it’s generous portions, with really nice chips for a naughty treat! We would come back again!

The house is like in the photos,simple,small and fully equipped,it was super clean, very conveniently located as far as you mention the distances. The host friendly and very helpful,we were very satisfied.

Beautiful charming house in a magical old village. We felt very relaxed and comfortable in the house and we loved wandering around the old streets. The village is in the center of the island son it was the perfect location to use as a base to explore the island. Marios was a great host.

Wonderful traditional house to stay in Karavas village, near Amir Ali Springs. The house itself is clean and peaceful and has anything anyone would need in their summer vacation. The apartment has a practical layout and is in very good location. Sotiris is a great host and was very responsive.

This is a top notch place, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our climbing trip to Kyparissi. Mr Stavros is an extremely helpful and pleasant host. We look forward to coming back next year!

The location is extraordinary - with a magnificent view over the sea and the surrounding hills. There is nothing around except a few cows, wild goats and some derelict stone stables. The house is about 15min drive from the nearest village (Potamos) throught a steep dirt/rocky road. Absolutely fine with a small SUV or regular car even if a few tricky bends on the way up when car is heavy loaded. Going up and down twice a day for shopping/beach outing is something to think about however. The house is well equipped and we had no issues at all with the solar power. The rooms are great, on different levels, each with their own terrace and feel very private. The plunge pool is lovely. The house gets sun from all sides through the day and it can get very hot - Stefano was kind to provide extra fans for us. 2 accesses to the sea from the house via a 20/30 min steep walk, - rocks, no sand. not for small kids but several A-mazing beaches on Kithira. Remote, beautiful, calm, super night skies.

Perfect place for holidays

The room we stayed in was really clean and comfortable. The view from the room and the pool is also amazing. great location . The host was also friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Will definitely recommend and return here.

What an incredible place! Both living and outside areas are excellent, with plenty of space and a lovely pool. It is perfectly located to explore the whole island. We had such a wonderful time!

The place was fantastic! 3 separate houses worked out well for our group. The pool was amazing as was the island. But equally great was Elina.. She met us at the airport and had a map ready, showing us the not to be missed places. We would definitely come back and will!

Everything about our stay at Michael's place was nice! The place itself is lovely and matched the description. As a family of 4, we had a comfortable stay and each member could enjoy different parts of the house without being "in the way". High ceilings, spacious rooms, fully equiped and with a "feel at home" vibe at first glance. Extra bonus was Michael himself, who undoubtedly was a great host! Friendly, accessible, gave us insight and great recommendations, was flexible with check in and with clear instructions. He also hosted a farewell party which will be fondly remembered by us as a highlight, with good food and great company! Michael we hope to come back one day! Thank you !

Andreas was an excellent host, nothing was too much trouble and he was easily contactable throughout our stay. He had excellent knowledge of the island which helped plan our days out! I would be a bit hesitant traveling with young children as there are lots of steps down to the pool area. The house is actually much bigger than it seemed in the photos and the beautiful view of the countryside was an unexpected treat. we loved exploring the island and will definitely come back in the summer! Many thanks to Mrs. Vaso and Harry!! The house was even better than we expected!! Spotless , perfectly located, in the middle of the island. The inner courtyard was exactly what we were looking for since in our group we had 2 dogs. We greatly appreciate the fact that while check out was normally at 10 a.m. they allowed us to stay longer in the space due to the fact that our boat was leaving at 5pm in the afternoon and it would be difficult to wander so many hours with 2 dogs. We'll be back for sure , thanks for everything ! <3

Very spacious multi-room apartment with incredible front yard (with dedicated parking) overlooking the ocean and historic site. A short drive away from the old-town. All communication professional and punctual. Great value stay.

Anastasios's home was comfortable, with exquisite views, safe parking, a short drive to Gythio town and a range of sights and restaurants, but also walking distance to 2 great tavernas in the local village. His restaurant recommendations and suggestions for things to do were excellent. We would definitely love to visit again.

We had a great time at Christina's house, a property located 5 minutes from the waterfront in a quiet area, we really appreciated everything you need for breakfast with the homemade cake and the many bottles in the fridge. Christina was prompt and quick to communicate, a highly recommended place to stay!

Beautiful house made out of rock in the heart of Taygetos' mountain. The nature around it is amazing and there are many pathways if you want to explore the mountain. Pantelis was a great host and the whole experience was amazing.

Very beautiful in placement. Who would have deserved a longer stay from us but we had to follow our course. We recommend this stay to everyone
