On one of the best if not the best location on Fuerteventura. Perfect for relaxing and Heaven if you love watersports like wavesurfing, wingfoiling, wind or kitesurfing. wake up an look outside and sea the all the surfers practicing their pasion just in front of our house. We called it “The Beach House” as this is what kept coming back in our minds to describe the feeling of the lovely experience enjoying your holiday at the beach, a real beach experience. The house is located in a nice and quiet tourist complex in the center of Puerto del Carmen with private parking. There are 2 swimming pools with sea view and sunbeds. It's located a few minute walk from the city center, market, bars, restaurants, nightlife and 10 minutes from the beach. The house has 2 bedrooms: 1 double room with the possibility to disconnect to 2 singles and one with a double bed above and a single bed below. The house has WIFI and smart-satellite TV and is 50 sqm.

Peaceful relaxing location. Spacious accommodation getting sun most of the day. Close to shops public transport and restaurants so car not essential to stay there. Nice bedrooms and shower rooms. Kitchen well equipped. This is a really nice place to stay!

We had a lovely week here in March - a holiday with my parents who are both in their 80’s. We loved the space the villa gave us. The pool was ideal and the outside space lovely and peaceful. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and promenade. Derek & Tracy were fantastic hosts, organising transport to & from airport which really helped me out. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, we hope to return again soon!

We enjoyed the house, the pool, the bbq and the beautiful view. The location of the house is ideal to explore the island with both the north and the south only 30 minutes drive away. The "insider tips" (among others Playa Quemada and the nearby Teleclub) made it complete. Hope to come again for kitesurfing at Famara.

Günther was a really great host! The apartment is super nice with wonderful views of the volcano and the mountains. Lajares was the perfect place for us, quiet location & yet many top restaurants, even a bakery with fresh bread and generally everything was easily accessible by car. The apartment was very clean and really has everything you need - great amenities. We also found the bed very comfortable. Even on the veranda you have such a nice peace and quiet and yet you are not too far away from everything. Günther gave us great tips and always responded quickly. A very likeable person with a great property. We can recommend this place and generally the place Lajares to anyone looking for peace away from tourism (in Lajares you will find more surfers) and who wants to explore the island. There are great spots in the north but also in the middle that can be easily reached by car. Thanks for the lovely stay! 😊🌞🌵🫶🏽

My partner and I had a lovely few days at Kite Kate villa. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The garden is an oasis in the heat with a lovely red elder tree as its centrepiece. The villa is spacious, beautifully furnished and there a good choice of places to sleep with three beds and a sofa bed, which are all very comfortable. Caterina was always quick to respond and flexible over the check in time. There is a supermarket 10 minutes walk away and a bus stop close by if you don't have a hire car. All in all a lovely place to chill and relax if visiting Fuerteventura.
