It's a quiet yet safe area to be in. Cozy one bedroom apartment, with small kitchen perfect for me and my partner. Electric will go on and off, but that mainly affect air-conditioning and microwave. The fan, lights and TV are stil working perfectly well. The room is not warm (for us) when air-conditioning is down. There are washing machine within the compound for us to use as well. Definitely recommending this place for someone who is looking for affordable, quiet and safe area. Downside? - can be a bit of distance from the mall, beach etc.... But i can make do with it with the local transportation

Dele was a superb host. I found his place as described on the Airbn lb listings. lt was clean, homely, private, peaceful and met all my needs. Dele was always interested in my comfort. Would stay there again if I ever return and also would recommend it to friends

Really lovely host and staff on site. Was very responsive even before check-in and during. The space is exactly like the pictures and all the amenities are as described. There’s constant electricity and WiFi. There were a few times when WiFi service was shaky but the staff were on it and really supportive to resolve it and make the stay as comfortable as possible. There was also regular cleaning of the space. I felt right at home. Would love to stay here again for sure.

It’s a good place to stay and worth the price but something to put into consideration before booking is that, the environs has restriction as to going and when you can enter the street which is 12am max time and if you a visitor and considering the place, you have to consider ordering online and no delivery will come down to deliver your meal pass the gate enter into the estate after 7pm. So everything has to be ordered in advance. But someone with family will love their stay as it is family friendly, safe, good security
