place was beautiful and sidsel was very helpful through and through. also shaaban was helpful as well. he gave us a lift from the Karnak temple and they both gave us good recommendations. also felluca tour they gave was perfect as well. if you rent this apartment you definitely try that as well. especially on the sunset. one drawback that I could find is; both sidsel and shaaban don't use Wh_tsApp. when we came, sidsel was out of the country so reaching to them was a bit hard time to time. they have phone numbers but sometimes they don't or couldn't pick up so there is that. for example I forgot my hat in the apartment but since I couldn't reach shaaban via call I had to left it there. nothing important really. just a side note

Very convenient, close to attractions, there are also delicious Chinese restaurants 100 meters away, the house is clean and hygienic, it is very comfortable here

Great stay at this place. Abdul was a great host, anything you need just txt him and it’s sorted in a few minutes. Clean apt on the Nile, great views, clean swimming pool to cool down in on hot days, and a restaurant on site that will prepare anything including Egyptians and western food. They also organized our guided tours to all the sites in Luxor, and also a Nile dinner cruise. All rooms, and bedrooms hav a/c and internet Easy and reliable, and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again and recommend it to friends.

Definitely a 10/10 home that really gives a relaxing feeling while in Luxor. The pool is a beautiful addition to the experience and the interior design capture a unique vibrant taste of the beauty within Egypt. I will be back!
