Magnificent Stone House2 in the Center of Izmir

The house is 2 stories only and located at a hill overlooking the bay of İzmir. The ground of the house is rocky and considered one of the safe areas for earthquake.The Building has a spacious garden. There is also a common big terrace with great sea view. The house is just 5 minutes walk to the seaside, Konak Square, Clock Tower and the historical Kemeralti Bazaar. There are buses every 3 minutes to and from Konak Square from which you reach all public transportation like metro, bus, and ferry.

An amazing apartment in Güzelyalı, in front of the sea. This is the best view you can find on Airbnb in İzmir. In city center, all bars, restaurants, cafes are below our apartment. 3 A/C natural gas heating, Ambilight Tv and sound system, bath tub, all are ready for your staying. Our cleaning team also cleans everything before your arrival. Also we have SPECIAL PARKING LOT(Vans not allowed). You can come by your car very easy. Our building has elevator so you dont need to climb stairs.

65”philips ambilight OLED Smart TV Sound System Wifi all time hot water 6th floor (there is elevator) a peaceful house. you will feel at home. also you can use home theater there is Digiturk (beIN) for all football leauges and TV series, Films. Gece-Gündüz canlı ve güvenli bölge. Specially decorated by the architect, ATMs are 5 minutes away. Sea and park view. Konak pier and clock tower within walking distance. And transportation takes 2 minutes by bus passing the door.

Modern , Central & Peaceful

Located in the most decent neighborhood of Konak, two minutes walking distance to the sea and tram station, three stops away from Konak Merkez and Fahrettin Altay, with a hiking park behind it, with a hiking park behind it, the building and all the items are brand new. There is an elevator on the 2nd floor. Everything you need for long term stays is available in the apartment. It is an apartment where you will feel special , peaceful and positive.
