Vacation rentals with beach access in Gavrio

We were very excited about the accommodation at Ioannis and experienced wonderful days on the island. The apartment was lovingly furnished, we especially liked the beautiful maritime color scheme of the furniture, its functional arrangement, the cozy beds and the great balcony with the wonderful sea view. A special treat: waking up in the morning to the sound of the sea and falling asleep to it at night. Ioannis was particularly friendly and very helpful. Staying there: Always happy to come back!!!

Great place to stay, very clean and comfortable!

We had a great stay! Litsa is always available for questions and answers quickly. The apartment is pretty and has everything you need. A good place to explore the island.

A wonderful stay, a perfect host, kind, attentive, helped and advised us. The service is dreamy, daily cleaning and change of towels and linens if necessary. This makes the stay even more relaxing. The apartment is very nice, with attention to detail and super clean. Slightly hard beds but with all the pillows available, we slept comfortably! Perfect location, close enough to get there with a pleasant walk in the center of Batsi, but far enough from the hustle and bustle to sleep peacefully and enjoy a wonderful view. Warm welcome and very relevant recommendations especially for hiking. Very well located accommodation, close to the main street, beach and hiking trails. Small but functional and properly equipped accommodation. It lacks windows and views but it may be nice in hot weather.

An absolutely beautiful studio overlooking the beach in the heart of Batsi. Michalis responded to my questions very quickly with all the information I needed. Everything was perfectly clean and well thought out. The balcony was large with an unbeatable view, especially at sunset! Maria and Dionysus were so incredibly kind and always on hand to provide recommendations but also gave me plenty of space to enjoy my book! I would definitely come back, thank you so much!

Dora’s place is very comfy, peaceful and private with a gorgeous view. We felt at home immediately and loved waking to the sun rising over the Aegean. A few minutes’ drive and you’re at low-key Gialia beach with crystal clear water. Just a single row of sunloungers at €8 a pair and a pretty cafe behind. Drive a few more minutes’ and you have the hustle and bustle of Chora. Dora’s place is a unique spot with easy access to beach, town and walks. Great value.

You have to make some effort to get there because located high on the mountain but then you really have something. A cool and authentic house. Tastefully decorated and all the most important things are provided. Most importantly: the view and the absolute silence. I believe there are few places where you can still experience this. This is one of them. Didn't do anything about the activities, like reading a book, that I had planned. Just “being” and looking at the mountains, sea and the stars are the big plus and to which this stay invites you to. Beach is at your doorstep (just descending the mountain) There is a good tavern nearby (15 min walk). Furthermore, you will need a car. If you would like to leave:) This address would like to keep you secret.

This house is an amazing place to stay on Andros. The location is ideal-- near everything in the Chora-- and yet far enough away from the main squares to be mostly quiet in the night. The house is beautifully restored and has most things one would need for a stay. There is enough space for at least 2-4 people, and a fantastic rooftop terrace to see the sunset or enjoy your coffee. The kitchen is fine for basic everyday use, but with so many great food opportunities in the town that are completely walkable, it is unlikely to use it. Nestor provided lots of helpful tips and local recommendations in advance of our stay.

We had a great time at the place, Mr. Christos and his wife very helpful, offered us a lot of fresh eggs from their chickens, what we asked for was done. They also gave us helpful information about the area. I hope to go back soon!

The house was great, located on a peaceful hill, very private and serene. The location is very convenient as it is very close the mail village (Andros) but without the hustle and noise. George, the host, was very friendly and helpful, giving us all the appropriate instructions for the house and lots of recommendations on what to visit and where to go eat. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would return for sure!

Beautiful and clean apartment with a small shared balcony with stunning views

Do not hesitate! Book for as long as you can! This was an outstanding start to our Greek Island adventure and if there had been more availability we would have extended our stay. Location views and a warm welcoming host surpassed expectations!

I had a wonderful stay, the view was beautiful and everything was walkable from trails to beaches to restaurants and stores. It’s located 30 seconds away from a small beach perfect for early morning and afternoon swims. The host is very helpful and very responsive. The bus schedule is slightly hard to follow but if you ask around you can figure it out. The apartment met my needs very well.

We loved our stay in the historic mansion! The location was amazing and the space is lovely to spend time in. The beach across the bay from the house was great with kids and it was wonderful to be a staircase away from all the shops and restaurants of the Main Street. Alexandros was very helpful and knowledgeable - we highly recommend his place if you are ever headed to Chora.

We stayed in Avrilia's flat early January when everything is closed for tourists, thanks for the pizzeria on Jan2! Avrilia's flat is just absolutely well laid out and comfy despite the cold in the evening. Avrilia made everything possible so that we were comfortable (hot water, kitchen, heating, sleepers!) and was there to welcome us, January and brave tourists coming to Andros. I recommend and would love to come over again, Andros is worth more than one visit, especially if you stay at Avrilia's in Chora!

Afroditi’s place was perfect for our stay in Andros. The house had great views of the bay and town below. Although the house sits up on a hill, there are convenient paths down to town that take 7-10 mins to walk. The view is why you stay here, plus comfortable rooms and plenty of space. I would recommend this place to anyone.
