Welcome to rent my nice house in Rättvik / Vikarbyn. The house is newly renovated with a balcony & view of Siljan. The house is located alone at the top of the area with the forest next to the plot for those who want to take a nice walk in the forest. For those who want to enjoy a little extra, there is a jacuzzi outside and sauna down in the bathroom. If you come more than 4 people, there is you can sleep on the sofa or mattress downstairs in the big room. You clean the house & leave it as it was when you arrived. Please treat my house with respect.

Bright and modernly decorated house of 144 sqm with large kitchen, two dining areas, four bedrooms (one of which has a sofa bed) and a bathroom. Sheets and towels are included. Parking included. The following beds are available: 180 cm bed 120 cm bed 90 cm bed Sofa bed 140-cm wide Apartment in pool house with a 160 cm bed is also available for rent if you are many. The house has its own entrance with a gate code and is an extension of the main building where the owner lives. Welcome!

The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are brought by the guest or can be rented for SEK 150/set. TV and Wi-Fi available. On the property there is a gym with ping pong table and a wood-fired sauna to dispose of. Summertime there is also a heated swimming pool. An additional home in large apartment can also be rented.
