Detached unit of 1 room and 35 sqm on our property, located right by Hemlingby outdoor area and a stone's throw from Hemlingby shopping center as well as 10 minutes bike or drive from the central station. The property offers extra convenience in the form of wood fire sauna next to the bathroom! The outdoor area consists of a ski slope, several exercise tracks, outdoor gym, high altitude court, barbecue areas, etc. There is enough snow, ski tracks are arranged in the exercise tracks.

Gamla Gefle

Spacious, homely apartment, about 80 sqm, with private entrance and a cozy little patio with possibility for barbecue. The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom and is secluded in the soothers' part of my own villa in Gamla Gefle. The area is a quiet oasis with cobblestone streets, but just a stone's throw away from restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores and museum. It is a ten minute walk both to the train station and to the beautiful, scenic Boulognerskogen where there is a swimming area, mini golf, outdoor gym.

Large plot with lovely fruit trees and good opportunities for outdoor activities. The big house has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. The small cabin has 2 extra beds. For the golf enthusiast, it's close to Gävle Golf Club.
