Stuga vid Testeboån

Stugan ligger precis vid Testeboån, ca 2 meter från verandan. Det är möjligt att både bada och fiska, eller sitta i solnedgången och titta ut på vattnet. Stugan är fullt utrustad med allt som man behöver för en vistelse. Wifi, Tv och parkering ingår. Det är möjligt att låna tvättmaskin, ladda elbil eller hyra bastun, mot en mindre summa. Vill man besöka Gävle finns det cykelbanor, eller så tar man bussen, från busshållplatsen som finns inom 200 m. Under sommaren har vi försäljning av grönsaker.

Välkommen till Grindstugan i Högbo. Detta lilla nyrenoverade hus ligger lantligt knappt 2 km söder om Högbo Bruk i Sandviken. I Högbo finns en uppsjö av olika aktiviteter som längdskidspår, Paddelbanor, MTB, kanot, badplats, fik och restaurang. Till Sandvikens centrum har du knappt 5 km. Här finns bland annat shopping, mataffärer, populära äventyrsbadet Parkbadet, Göransson arena och flera restauranger. Grindstugan ligger dessutom endast 30 minuters bilfärd från Kungsbergets skidanläggning.

Rymlig, hemtrevlig lägenhet, cirka 80 kvm, med egen ingång och en mysig liten uteplats med möjlighet till grillning. Lägenheten har eget kök och badrum och ligger avskilt i sutterängdelen av min egen villa i Gamla Gefle. Området är en lugn oas med kullerstensgator, men bara ett stenkast bort från restauranger, nöjen, mataffärer och museum. Det är tio minuters promenad både till tågstationen och till den vackra, natursköna Boulognerskogen där det bland annat finns badplats, minigolf, utegym.

Vacker natur, kustled, skogs- och cykelstigar. Golfbanor och livsmedelsbutik ca 8 km. Buss till/från cetrum strax utanför dörren.

10 min walking distance from the sea. 1 café, 1 restaurant open during the summer and weekends. 2-3 minute walk to bus stop. 10 minutes by car to golfcourse (with restaurant). Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are ready when you arrive. Brors Stuga

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Se solen gå upp ur havet direkt från sängen. Titta ut över horisonten och tänd en brasa. Huset ligger direkt på stranden, nära skog och promenadvägar. Närhet till flertal skidspår vintertid. 45 min till Kungsberget. Gångavstånd till Furuviksparken sommartid. Huset är ombyggd 2022 och i fint skick. Utsikten magisk.

Unikt tillfälle! Bo i Gamla Gefle centralt i stan!

Our home is a beautiful town house with a small private garden. It´s situated in the Old Town (Gamla Gefle). The house have been a star of the TV-show 'Who lives here' Vem Bor Här Here are cobbled streets with patterns partly from the Middle Ages. Many of the houses are from the 18th century. Nearby you can choose from more than twenty restaurants.
