Easily accessible cottage on the road connected island, Eskön, on the east coast of Sweden. The cottage has been completely remodelled in the last years and includes all amenities needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. A small beach and marina is just 100m from the lot and a summer open kiosk with basic groceries is just 50m away. Great strolling paths by the ocean easily accessible through a short walk from the lot. To downtown Gävle is a 20 min drive.

Stor tomt med härliga fruktträd och goda möjligheter till uteaktiviteter. Stora huset har 2 sovrum, ena med en dubbelsäng och det andra med en våningssäng. Den lilla stugan har 2 extra sängar. För den golfintresserade så är det nära Gävle golfklubb.

Modernt och rymligt hus med fantastisk utsikt precis vid vattnet där du kan njuta framför en vedeldad kamin. Mysiga promenadstråk, gott om bär och svamp i skogarna och goda badmöjligheter. Det finns två stora terrasser - den övre är under bar himmel och den undre har tak över ifall det regnar. Rejält kök med allt man behöver. Det finns två parkeringsplatser om du kör hit samt kommunal buss som stannar 500 meter från fastigheten.

Strömsberg is a unique village with a heritage of centuries of ironworks. There is small river where you can go of a swim, and there is a summer-open café. This is a quiet place where you can enjoy peaceful surroundings, but don´t expect much tourist services.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Se solen gå upp ur havet direkt från sängen. Titta ut över horisonten och tänd en brasa. Huset ligger direkt på stranden, nära skog och promenadvägar. Närhet till flertal skidspår vintertid. 45 min till Kungsberget. Gångavstånd till Furuviksparken sommartid. Huset är ombyggd 2022 och i fint skick. Utsikten magisk.
