Over the past five years, we’ve transformed this space into a welcoming place where the living is good. In this gîte, which has been completely renovated with an eco-responsible approach, you can learn about the principles of permaculture and, for those who practice it, take it to the next level.

Le Moulin Neuf is located 5 km from Fleurance , 24 km from Auch, and 16 km from Lectoure, a spa town. Nestled in the heart of the countryside, the Coco cottage is a comfortable haven of peace for a stay in the countryside, allowing you to explore the region. The cottage is an outbuilding restored in 2020 from an old water mill, in the middle of 5ha of meadow. It is also the perfect place to stay for the famous Fleurance Astronomical Festival and for employees on the go. Dog accepted on request.
