The place: situated on a hill some 30 mins away from Nice the house offers a great base to explore the Riviera. It is home away from home- the kitchen was fully equipped so we could comfortably prepare own meals: oven, microwave, dishwasher water boiler, milk frother and a Nespresso machine top the experience. The place has no A/C but ceiling ventilators make up for that. It is situated on two floors with staircase that has a safety door so no problems if you come with small kids like we did. The house is perfect for a long stay as it has a washer and a dryer, fast internet, a big screen smart TV situated in its own TV room with a huge coach that can host your entire family for movie nights. There is a BBQ in the yard and some 4 dining tables to choose from: 3 outdoors and 1 indoors. The bedrooms were comfortable with enough storage space for your clothes, linen bedding and bathroom facilities to all bedrooms. Swimming pool maintained by the host twice per week was greatly appreciated

Skønt sted for børn, voksne og bedsteforældre som kan placeres i seperat lille hus😉 Poolen var opvarmet og skøn at bade i selv i april måned. Skønt at spise frokost under oliventræet og aftensmad ved langbordet med grill og udsigt🙌 Kan klart anbefales.

Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

Great stay at this beautiful place. We really enjoyed our time, once again! Great connections to Nice airport and surrounding villages. Spacious garden and pool and great cooking amenities. Looking forward to coming again!

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of space for 4 as we spent most of the time in the city. The home is well appointed and the view plus the fruit trees were great. Interior accommodations were comfortable. We had a couple questions in the late evening one night and their team was very responsive. Perfect place for a 3 day stay in the south of France!

Cyril’s villa is an absolute gem! We were a family of 7, including 3 children from 9-14. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. A feast for the eyes wherever you look, however it didn’t feel cluttered, more masterfully curated. Wonderful lamps throughout giving beautiful lighting come evening. Beds were comfortable and we have returned to England having placed an order for continental pillows! It was immaculately clean and the housekeeper, Berangere was so kind to welcome us on our arrival and walk us through the villa. The pool was the main reason we booked the villa and it didn’t disappoint! It was the star of the show, our children loved it and we used it every day. Vence town is a 10 minute stroll away with so many charming places of interest. We used Uber for all our journeys and days out, very reasonable and the app is so easy to use. A visit to Saint Paul De Vence is a must! Cyril was a lovely host and was very responsive to any enquiries before our trip. We hope to return soon!

This place is absolutely the best Airbnb I have stayed at. Gorgeous, peaceful, serine garden, with multiple places to sit and relax. We enjoyed the pool and all the amenities this wonderful place had to offer. It has everything to make your stay comfortable, including the most comply beds. We were a family of four and we had so much room to enjoy our own spaces. Private and away from the hustle of Canne, but walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores and only 10 minute walk to the beach. Beautiful view of the sea. Julian was a super host! Can’t wait to come back.

This villa is a little gem, it’s better than the photos and the location is great, so close to the medieval town. I would advise you would need a car to stay here, but access is easy. Leo was very quick to respond to any questions. We will be coming back !!

这套别墅建在山顶。用Google导航有些不准确。大概还要在走两间房子的距离。门牌号很清楚。找起来很方便。房子周围是安静的居民区。有两层楼。入户的一层有两间卧室，两个洗手间一间浴室。楼下还有两间各包含浴室和卫生间的卧室。我们只有三个人所以很多房间都浪费了。别墅去到海边不远，可以从房屋后的楼梯下山步行。不太好走。爬楼比较累。也可以开车去海边附近大概100米的地方。我发现有好大一片停车场。在地图露营地的附近。海边沙滩沙质还可以可以下海游泳。别墅周围我没有发现吃饭的地方。饭店都集中在海边。我们购物都去附近大概8–9公里的大超市E Leclerc SAINT RAPHAEL。 我们入住时虽然经历了一个小波折但是房东和marie人很好。还送了小礼物表示歉意。 房子的风景简直太美了，比图片上看到的风景美太多。如身在旅游景区一样。加热泳池也很好游。我们很遗憾就住了这么几天。 唯一的小缺陷就是床品陈旧了，该换新的了。

We had an amazing stay at Roberto’s villa! The property is absolutely beautiful — the pool was perfect for relaxing or taking a refreshing dip. The rooms are cosy, warm, and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Roberto was also a fantastic host — welcoming, responsive, and full of great local tips. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

La réalité est beaucoup mieux que les photos ! Certains s'en plaindrons, mais la quarantaine de marches, indispensables à l'accès à la maison, se fait vite oublier grâce au point de vue rare, privilégié et hypnotique sur la baie de Villefranche sur Mer, ses eaux claires et les yachts amarrés, sans aucun vis à vis. La maison est redoutablement bien équipée en mobilier, électroménager, ustensiles de cuisines et de salle de bain. Autre chose : 2 places de parking dédiées à la maison, très rares et utile dans la région, qui plus est en haute saison. Le centre ville historique et la plage sont accessibles à pieds en 20mn et prévoir 25 à 30mn pour la remontée. Le bateau est à l'image de la maison, propre, confortable, spacieux et bien équipé Enfin, Jean-Pierre est un hôte remarquable, disponible et attentionné.

An unforgettable stay at Villa Zarafa We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Villa Zarafa in Nice, and it exceeded all our expectations. We were a group of 8, and every single one of us was truly impressed. The villa is beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with stunning views over Nice. The facilities are top-notch — everything was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel at home. Lauryane and Stephen were fantastic hosts. They were incredibly helpful, kind, and always available if we needed anything. Their warm hospitality made a big difference and really enhanced our stay. This was a perfect experience from start to finish, and we are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the South of France!

Die Aussicht hier ist einfach atemberaubend! Wir könnten stundenlang hier sitzen und die Schönheit der Natur genießen. Julie war eine wundervolle Gastgeberin und sehr flexibel, obwohl wir uns aufgrund einer Verspätung mit dem Mietwagen am Flughafen verspätet haben. Der Pool ist perfekt temperiert und auch im Mai angenehm zu nutzen, wenn es draußen noch nicht so warm ist. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Der Grill und die Außenküche sind perfekt für einen schönen Grillabend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! :)

Ein sehr schönes Haus, perfekt ausgestattet, Panoramablick, ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns vor und während des Aufenthalts viele gute Tipps und Informationen gegeben hat. La Bouverie und die Umgebung haben uns gut gefallen.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal bei Olivier und haben uns als fünfköpfige Familie wieder rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Villa ist gepflegt, sauber und top ausgestattet – von der Küche über bequeme Betten bis zu Bademänteln und Frottetüchern. Olivier ist ein grossartiger Gastgeber: stets erreichbar, schnell in der Antwort und sehr freundlich. Die Anlage ist schön, ruhig gelegen und lädt sofort zum Entspannen ein. Highlights für unsere Kinder: der Billardtisch, der Whirlpool und der Keller mit Tischtennis, Tischfussball, Fitnessgeräten und mehr. Praktisch sind auch Waschmaschine, zwei Duschen und zwei WCs. Drei Restaurants (davon 1 Pizzaria) und eine Bäckerei sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir danken Olivier herzlich für die schöne Zeit und empfehlen die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter – gerne jederzeit wieder!

Het is nu de tweede keer dat we logeren bij Brigitte en Dominique. Zijn hele openhartige en vriendelijke mensen. Staan klaar met raad en daad om te helpen en tips om je reis zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Anderzijds zijn ze heel discreet en gaan ze u ook nooit komen storen. De tuin wordt met hart en ziel onderhouden en je kan genieten van de rust aan het zwembad die je volledig ter beschikking hebt. Centrum van Vence ligt op 15min rijden waar je supermarkt en ook heel wat keuze hebt uit restaurants. Nice,Cannes,Antibes is ongeveer 25-30km rijden. Ik kan me niet inbeelden dat men niet kan tevreden zijn met zijn verblijf. Het biedt alles voor een zorgeloze Vakantie. Dank u Brigitte en Dominique voor opnieuw ons een fijne vakantie te bezorgen en dank je voor jullie vriendschap

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

Wir hatten zu fünft eine super schöne Zeit vor Ort! Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Lage mit toller Aussicht etwas höher gelegen im Hinterland von Nizza. Mit Pool, schönen Terrassen und einer sinnvollen Raumaufteilung sind wir rundum zufrieden gewesen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und das Haus bietet einem einen tollen Aufenthalt und die Möglichkeit einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Gerne wieder!

Claire’s Villa is lovely, peaceful and really well equipped. We felt right at home. The master bedroom bed was soo comfortable (the other bed also looked comfy but we didn’t use it!) We stayed in November so obviously didn’t use the pool but we were still able to sit on the veranda to have coffee in the sunshine and even had a morning of sunbathing in the pretty terraced garden As many others have said, the walk into St Paul was not for the faint hearted but once you get to know the bends in the road and which side to walk on it’s ok, but it’s just short of 900m each way so maybe not for everyone. Comfy sofa and Netflix was perfect for after dinner lounging! Thank you Claire!

This was an ideal place for my birthday celebration. The villa and grounds are beautiful and include a great kitchen (with a vintage stove), a heated swimming pool, a spacious sunbathing area, and a great covered area for outdoor cocktails. I really can't imagine better Air B&B hosts than Virginia and Patrice. They responded to our every need and were especially helpful with my wife's illness (they even took her to urgent care). They win the prize for best Air B&B hosts ever! The property provides convenient access to Sant Paul-de-Vence and other towns in the area (though the walk up to the village may be a bit daunting for some), and there are a bakery and supermarket nearby. One of the bedrooms is a non-private loft, and the three full bathrooms are within the other bedrooms, so if you need four private rooms you should arrange for use of the detached studio apartment. All in all, this was a fantastic choice for a visit to Saint Paul, which we would highly recommend to others.
