We beat the old 1-2 of Huricaines Helene and Milton and are ready to host you. This is a great, renovatred , one bath flat, in the heart of Boca Grande on the gorgeous Gasparilla Island. Located across the street from The Temp Rest. Going to the beach, no worries, it is just down the road. Please note: there is a small fridge and coffee maker in this flat, but no other cooking facilities. Rent our place through Air BnB and receive a 10% discount on golf cart and bike rentals.

Access is for residents and renters only, you will arrive by your private boat or jump aboard the water taxi for a 10 minute ride to our dock. No cars, shops, or restaurants on the island. The 7 mile beach is private and uncrowded. Get around LGI by renting a golf cart or explore by foot-you decide.

Direct Ocean Front Unit. Imagine having a glass of wine at sunset overlooking world class views of the Gulf of Mexico. Steps to the beach and unsurpassed views. Excellent restaurants and Tiki Bars within walking distance. This unit is a 1 bedroom 1 bath spacious unit that can comfortably sleep 4. It includes a King bed & Full size sleeper sofa. It also has a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and tile floors throughout. No Pets.

The Oz Parlor 2.9 mi beach

The Oz Parlor apartment was originally the main house of this whimsical property. It has loads of charm It is a great place to relax and Just Bee... Please note I don’t have cable TV my TVs are wireless I have Netflix and Amazon prime. Located in the Historic District of Englewood a lovely walk to fine restaurants, Indian Mound Park on Lemon Bay and 2.9 miles to Englewood Beach.
