This lovely house offers a breathtaking view of Playa Garza and is surrounded by a mature lush tropical garden and secondary jungle. It is secluded yet in a safe and elegant neighborhood. The house was renovated and long term rented over the past 2 years. The beach of Garza is only 3 minutes away and to the famous surfing beaches of Playa Guiones/Nosara it takes less than 10 minutes. The Bodhi Tree Yoga center, many excellent restaurants and numerous sandy beaches are only minutes from your front door. This house is ideal for couples looking for a tranquil, peaceful and romantic haven in the midst of nature, yet close to restaurants, grocery stores and tourist activities. Thanks to abundant windows and ceiling fans, there is always a refreshing breeze flowing through the house. The master bedroom is equipped with an A/C. Relax in the hammock and enjoy the parrots flying above you and the howler monkeys nearby.
