Family-friendly vacation rentals in Gárdony

We came for a concert, which was a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. Pleasant apartment, very clean. Good communication and very helpful. Thank you for letting us rest here.

We loved staying at Mark’s place for our long weekend in Budapest. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with quirky style and lots of personality. It had everything we needed for a quiet and peaceful stay for our family of five (all three kids slept in the large second bedroom with one on the couch and two in the large bed), walkable to the sites in Buda and easily accessible by taxi to the tourist attractions on Pest. Highly recommend!

We were a hen party and this accommodation was perfect for the purpose. Right in the centre of the city and easy to get to most of the attractions. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely apartment.

For our two-day program, downtown, we got the most ideal accommodation. Robert was very helpful in every way. She was quick to respond and let me know. Cleanliness and comfort everywhere. Well-equipped kitchen, bathroom. Typical of his human attitude, we were able to use his parking lot after checking out as long as we needed him. If I go downtown, next time, he'll be the first person I'm looking for a place to stay!

Krisztina's place is in the ideal location from which to see all the main attractions in Budapest (especially the "Pest" side of things). It's ultra modern, spacious, very high ceilings, lot's of natural light and has all the amenities one could wish for. There is a bit of hike going up 3 flights of stairs without a lift so it might be a challenge for really young kids or people with physical limitations but the stairs are very wide and the flat is well worth the effort. If we do end up coming back or have friends/family that wish to visit Budapest we will be sure to recommend Krisztina's place. Mike

The villa looked just like the pictures . We were a group of 14 ladies on a wellness retreat and the sleeping arrangements, the kitchen facilities , spa area , outdoor space for exercising were perfect . Great responsive host, self check-in was easy. Good location. However I think it’s best for up to one couple only. Main reason is that for those using the sofabed in the main room, there is no air conditioning in there and the blinds do not effectively block out the sun in the morning. As it was hot and humid in Budapest in early summer, I slept pretty badly, even with a fan on, while my other traveller was quite happy in the air conditioned bedroom. Worth noting too that there is only one bathroom. Due to an old boiler, hot water levels also have to be watched if there are a few people showering in a row, which might be a problem for a family. The TV also has little-to-no English, nor a casting device… if that’s important to you. Despite the bad sleep however, I’d say this place was great. Super close to things, next to a nice park with an outdoor late night bar, close to transit, clean. Would recommend - but only for a couple!

Beautiful apartment, exactly like in the pictures. This apartment is located on the best place, in the central of Budapest. They are very kind and helpful. Very easy communication and if you have a question, they will answer for you very quickly. So it’s simply it’s a perfect choice! Thank you for everything!

Cozy and clean apartment close to Nyugati metro station and West End shopping mall, equipped with everything you need. Very good and fast communication with the host and hassle-free check-in. Everything was excellent. If I visit Budapest, I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Gergely! :)

We had a terrific stay. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Everything was as described and Barbara was very responsive. We had to rent a car for part of our stay, and Barbara directed us to the free parking lot. That was so helpful. We definitely will stay here again! Very, very comfortable and quiet. Thanks!

Nice little appartment for 2 persons. Well decorated and great place to stay in Raday utca (lot of restaurants, close supermarket). The mezzanine room access is a bit steep with the ladder, but it does not affect much the comfort of the place 😉. I recommend

What an amazing place! Beautiful location right by the lake. 1 minute walk from two of the local beaches. The place was clean and nicely furnished. Comfy beds and the AC was a lifesaver. Great restaurants nearby. We’ll be back next year!

Great Airbnb. so close to all the places you want to visit, in fact couldn't believe how close we were. We walked everywhere but if had needed public transport also accessible. Lovely apartment, got wows as we walked in from the kids so that's always good:-) Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts, not that we had to trouble them for anything as everything was great. loved Budapest and definitely want to visit again and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our stay at Gabor's house in Siofok was fantastic! Gabor was incredibly welcoming, giving us great recommendations for places to hang out, eat, and find coffee and breakfast. The property was perfect for our 10-person family trip—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The pool was a highlight, and Gabor kept everything in top condition throughout our stay. Fantastic location directly at the Donau. Amazing nature and yet close-by the city center! This 3-bedroom apartment had everything we needed, from a big(and i mean BIG!) rooftop terrace to 2 bathrooms with both toilets to a dog-friendly owner. All and all, great stay!
