Very well located, quiet and very central accommodation. Check-in was easy and communication was smooth. The hosts were very responsive and flexible. Tasteful decor, impeccable hosting, comfortable night space (for 8, a room is ordered by the office or the children's room). We had a great weekend in this warm, lively, very well-equipped apartment. We highly recommend this listing. Thanks to the hosts for the quality of their hosting.

I took the time to read the description and reviews. Indeed, I warn people with limited mobility. It's on the 3rd floor and the stairs are a little steep BUT once you're through the door you're in a little paradise, not overlooked, new, well maintained. I've done a few love rooms before. This one is the most beautiful, the most "applied". Everything has been properly thought out, arranged, with an eye for detail and perfection as a compass. I work in construction and I have very rarely seen such a high level of quality in materials and workmanship. A short video was even made to explain everything in detail, especially how the bathtub works, much more hygienic than a jacuzzi but to anticipate, it takes a little time to fill up… Thanks to Bastien and Quentin for this gem, we had an unforgettable evening.

The five star rating system does not begin to describe the level of excellence to be experienced at Ludmila’s apartment. First and foremost is Ludmila’s sincere desire to make sure every detail is perfect. Communication is lightning fast. We ran out of coffee and another important item and both were replenished by the time we returned from a day’s outing. There are electrical outlets everywhere. There is excellent lighting. There are appropriate hooks, hangers and shelves to organize one’s things for an extended stay. The kitchen is stocked with quality dishes, pots and pans and utensils. There is a Pensotti in the bathroom for heat and drying towels. The beds are comfortable. Paradise! The apartment is within easy walking distance of the train station and most of the sites in Nîmes. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We have been enjoying excellent vacations in Sandra's apartment for several years now. Available and considerate, we appreciate the hospitality of our host with each new stay. The apartment is nicely decorated, very well arranged, pleasant to stay in and particularly clean. It is also very well located, close to the beach and the heart of the city. Book without hesitation!

Book this place now!! Sandy has a beautiful home she shares with guests in an ideal location. It’s comfortable and spotlessly clean with all the amenities you need to feel right at home. She is a responsive host that is happy to help in any way she can. Sandy made sure we had an easy check in. She provided great coffee. The place was spacious and my friends and I felt we had privacy. It was cool even when it was very hot outdoors. The terrace was a great place to start and end the day. I would 100% book this place again. Sandy had a fast response time if we couldn’t find something, such as an umbrella. Great host and great place, thank you!!

Communication with Katia was very good. She was always available, gave us lots of tips, information and suggestions for excursions. An all-around great host. The house of Katia and her family is also perfect. We immediately felt at home and you can tell directly how much love they have put into their home. We stayed with four adults and four children, had a very relaxed stay and really recovered. The pool was the highlight for the little ones, but also for us adults it was a welcome cooling off on the hot days. I'm sure we'll be back 🙂

The accommodation is well located, right in the center of Palavas on the pedestrian street. Inside, it was very clean and tidy. Lots of kitchen equipment available.
