North Sea air and sauna! Our detached vacation home "Dat Melkhus" was built in 1870 and is located in a small settlement with a quiet neighborhood. Here, at the turn of the century, butter was made by hand for the surrounding communities. Today, the once small house has been expanded to 140 square meters of living space and has been lovingly renovated by us since 2022. Die Country Lodge "Ole Steen" liegt auf einem tollen Naturgrundstück in Tating, nur wenige Kilometer von Sankt-Peter-Ording und seinen weitläufigen Stränden entfernt. Früher wurde der Haubarg als Destillerie und als landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb genutzt. Das Appartement "Carpentry", sowie alle anderen Appartements wurden erst kürzlich komplett saniert. Der Charme des historischen Gebäudes wurde mit hochwertigen Materialien wie Holz, Stein und Metall kombiniert.

The 1000 m² garden invites you to relax and also offers a beautiful kilometer-wide view over the Eiderstedt pastures.

This exceptional apartment with the stairs inside the living room is sunny. The bedroom is in the attic. The magnificent shower room is well ventilated with a high window. The unusually large kitchen has a seating area and an exit to the balcony. Laundry room with a washing machine and dryer!

A large parking space is available directly at the house free of charge. The garden of the house is completely fenced.

A newly covered, local thatched roof, the restoration of the old dormer and a careful approach to the expansion in order to preserve as much as possible - that was important to us and characterizes this unique building. Unfortunately, we are not suitable for party groups!
