Our stay at Philip’s apartment was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was incredibly comfortable, clean, and perfectly suited to our needs. It felt like a home away from home, with everything thoughtfully arranged to ensure a pleasant stay. What truly stood out, however, was Philip’s kindness and support throughout our time there. He was always responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring, which made our experience even more special. His hospitality exceeded our expectations, and we felt truly welcomed. I had a wonderful stay during my month-long clinical rotation & overall, it was a good experience. Nisha was an excellent communicator, always responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. The parking situation was very convenient, with free street parking available and I was also able to park in the driveway, which was a huge bonus. The only minor issue I encountered was with cleanliness. When I arrived, it seemed like the space could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The bathroom floor, particularly the shower, could have used more cleaning, and the rug appeared as if it hadn't been vacuumed. Additionally, I found a muffin pan left in the oven that hadn't been cleaned for a while. Bed initially had a strand of hair so I had to clean that with a lint roller. Despite cleanliness concerns, the overall stay was comfortable. I would recommend it for those doing a clinical rotation near by.

Fantastic, private spot, quiet neighborhood with incredible and affordable food in short walking distance. Serge was super helpful, responsive, and flexible when our morning plans were pushed back an hour. The place was truly spotless, and a fantastic deal for the proximity to NYC!

Randy has a beautiful home that looks just like the pictures. It was clean and cozy. We had an issue in the bathroom but Randy was very responsive and fixed the issue immediately, which we appreciated. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would book again.
